2024 Chevrolet Colorado Changes, Updates, New Features

The 2024 Chevrolet Colorado receives several minor changes headlined by the addition of the Colorado ZR2 Bison package to the lineup.

These changes follow the 2023 Chevrolet Colorado, which received a complete overhaul (re-engineering and redesign) for the nameplate’s third generation mid-size pickup.

Model Line

• No changes

As a reminder, the 2024 Colorado is offered as a midsize pickup truck in the Crew Cab, Short Box configuration and in 2WD or 4WD across the following trim levels (product code in parentheses):

• WT / Work Truck (14C43)
• LT (14F43)
• Trail Boss (14E43)
• Z71 (14G43)
• ZR2 (14H43)

Mechanical

• 2.7L Turbo Plus engine tune (L3B) deleted
  • For the 2023 model year, this engine option was rated at 310 horsepower and 391 pound-feet of torque; it was optional on WT, LT and standard on Trail Boss and Z71
• 2.7L Turbo High-Output engine tune (L3B) rebranded to TurboMax (L3B)
  • This engine option is rated at 310 horsepower and 430 pound-feet of torque
  • Optional on WT, LT, standard on Trail Boss, Z71 and ZR2
• Deletion of 2.7L Turbo High Output Calibration (LPO, RWQ)
• Addition of Multimatic Jounce Control Dampers (RWF)
  • Included only with ZR2 Bison package (ULV)

Exterior

• Addition of Black assist steps (LPO, VQO) as Genuine Chevrolet Accessory
  • Available on WT, LT, Z71; not available on Trail Boss or ZR2

• Replacement of eight-inch Driver Information Center / gauge cluster (URO) with 11-inch Driver Information Center (URF) on all trims
  • For the 2023 model year, the 11-inch Driver Information Center was standard and only available on the ZR2 trim level
