The 2023 Chevrolet Blazer receives a mid-cycle refresh for the fifth model year of the first generation of the Chevrolet Camaro-inspired two-row midsize crossover.

Changes and Updates
The 2023 Chevrolet Blazer arrives with revised front and rear fascias, different LED headlights and taillights, and a new infotainment display. One new interior feature is the addition of the Jet Black colorway with Nightshift Blue accents. The exterior gets two new Arctic Packages. Also, the 2023 Blazer gets separate Convenience Package and Driver Confidence Packages, splitting the content previously included with the Convenience and Driver Confidence Package offered for the 2022 Chevrolet Blazer. Furthermore, the 2023 Blazer expands availability of the wireless phone charging feature, which is now offered on all trim levels, and adds two new Arctic appearance packages.

Powertrain
Two powertrains are offered on the 2023 Chevrolet Blazer.

First is the turbocharged 2.0L I4 LSY gasoline engine, which is standard in the 2LT, 3LT, and Premier. It produces 228 horsepower/172 kilowatts @ 5000 RPM and 258 pound-feet/350 newton meters of torque @ 1500-4000 PRM.
Second is the naturally aspirated 3.6L V6 LGX gasoline engine, which is standard in the RS trim level only and available as an option in the 3LT and Premier. It produces 308 horsepower/230 kilowatts @ 6700 RPM and 270 pound-feet/365 newton meters of torque @ 5000 PRM.
Both of these engines come paired with the GM nine-speed automatic transmission with front-wheel-drive standard and all-wheel-drive optional.
Platform
The 2023 Chevrolet Blazer is built on the GM C1XX platform, the crossover variant of the new GM E2XX midsize architecture. It is designed to underpin midsize and full-size crossovers and is shared with the following models:

- Chevrolet Traverse
- GMC Acadia
- Buick Enclave (U.S. and China)
- Cadillac XT5

The 2023 Blazer is produced at the GM Ramos Arizpe plant, located in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, Mexico.
