The 2026 Cadillac Vistiq will be offered as a full-size five-door crossover SUV in AWD across the following trim levels:

Powertrain
The 2026 Cadillac Vistiq will be available with a single battery electric powertrain configuration, consisting of a 102 kWh, 12-module Ultium Battery and dual motors.

Production
Production of the 2026 Cadillac Vistiq will begin in early 2025 at the GM Spring Hill plant in Tennessee. This plant will supply the Vistiq to all markets except for China.
Meanwhile, the SAIC-GM Cadillac Jinqiao plant is expected to supply the vehicle to the Chinese domestic market.
Platform
Like all first-generation Vistiqs, the 2026 Cadillac Vistis rides on the GM BEV3 platform, a skateboard-style electric vehicle architecture utilized by a wide variety of GM EVs. Fittingly, BEV3 stands for “Battery Electric Vehicle 3”, as it replaces the BEV2 platform.
The Vistiq uses Ultium batteries and Ultium Drive motors, which are fully integrated with the BEV3 architecture.
Seating
The 2026 Vistiq is offered in two seating configurations:
- The seven-passenger model features a 2-3-2 configuration with front bucket seats (providing seating for two), a split-folding bench in the second row (providing seating for three), and a split bench in the third row (providing seating for two)
- The six-passenger model features a 2-2-2- configuration with front bucket seats (providing seating for two), captain’s chairs in the second row (providing seating for two), and a split bench in the third row (providing seating for two)
Beyond 2026
We expect the current, first-generation Vistiq to remain in production through at least the 2031 model year, and an all-new, next-generation Vistiq to launch after the 2032 model year.
