2025 Cadillac Lyriq Updates, Changes, New Features

The 2025 Cadillac Lyriq receives a variety of small changes for the third model year of the electric crossover’s first generation.

These changes follow the 2023 Cadillac Lyriq, which was the introductory year for the Lyriq, followed by minor changes to the 2024 Cadillac Lyriq.

Model Line

As such, the new trim level structure for the 2025 Cadillac Lyriq is comprised of the following six trims (model code in parenthesis):

  • Luxury (model 6MB26)
    • Luxury 1 (1SC)
    • Luxury 2 (1SD)
    • Luxury 3 (1SE)
  • Sport (model 6MC26)
    • Sport 1 (1SF)
    • Sport 2 (1SJ)
    • Sport 3 (1SK)

Mechanical

  • Revised horsepower ratings
    • Rear-drive Lyriqs are now rated at 365 horsepower, up from 340 horsepower for the 2024 model year
    • All-wheel-drive Lyriqs are now rated at 515 horsepower, up from 500 for the 2024 model year

Exterior

Interior

  • Addition of memory front passenger seat (A44), which recalls two ‘presets’
    • Standard on all trims
    • For the 2024 model year, the memory seat feature was only for the driver’s seat
  • Addition of alloy accented pedals (JF5)
    • Included and only available with Nappa Leather Package (PCH), which is available only on the Luxury 3 and Sport 3 trims

  • No changes

  • Addition of three accent packages
    • Bronze Accent Package (LPO PDJ)
      • Content:
        • 22-inch Black wheels (SET) LPO
        • Decal Package (LPO SF9)
        • Bronze wheel center caps (LPO 5ZD)
      • Availability: optional on all trim levels
    • Red Accent Package (LPO PDK)
      • Content:
        • 22-inch Black wheels with Red accents (LPO SFU)
        • Decal Package (LPO SF9)
        • Red wheel center caps (LPO 5ZE)
      • Availability: optional on all trim levels
    • Blue Accent Package (LPO PDL)
      • Content:
        • 22-inch Black wheels (LPO SET)
        • Decal Package (LPO SF9)
        • Blue wheel center caps (LPO 5ZF)
      • Availability: optional on all trim levels
  • Addition of Cargo Convenience Package (LPO PDP)
    • Content:
      • Collapsible cargo area organizer (LPO RWU)
      • Cargo net (LPO W2D)
      • Bright roof rack cross rails (LPO VQP)
    • Availability: optional on all trim levels

Changes

  • Exterior colors Nimbus Metallic (G7X) and Opulent Blue Metallic (GTR) are no longer available on Luxury
  • Exterior colors Emerald Lake Metallic (G6I) and Celestial Metallic (GJY) are no longer available on Sport
  • Air filter (K6L) RPO Code changed to (K6J) and includes pollutant and fine dust
  • Ambient lighting (C70) increased to 126 color options
  • Rear Camera Mirror (DRZ) is now standard on Luxury 1SD/Sport 1SJ
  • Rear Camera Mirror Washer (CWA) is now standard on Luxury 1SD/Sport 1SJ
  • Illuminated sill plates (B7G) is now standard on Luxury 1SE/Sport 1SK
  • Hands-Free Liftgate (TC2) is now standard on Luxury 1SD/Sport 1SJ
  • 20-inch wheels (NZN) is no longer available on Luxury 1SD
  • 20-inch wheels (RD4) no longer available on Sport 1SK
  • Substantial change in parts content sourcing, with less parts coming from the U.S. and Canada and more coming from Mexico and South Korea

The updates and changes described here are specific to the U.S. market and may be different for other markets.
