The 2024 Cadillac Lyriq receives a variety of small changes for the second model year of the midsize electric CUV’s first generation.
These changes follow the 2023 Cadillac Lyriq, which was the introductory year for the luxury marque’s first all-electric vehicle.
Model Line
- The Lyriq’s model line is restructured into Tech (base), Luxury 1, 2 and 3 and Sport 1, 2, and 3 trims
- The Tech trim level (equipment group 1SA and model 6M226) becomes the entry level trim as part of Cadillac’s revised Y trim level strategy. This new trim includes features not available on the higher-end trim, including:
- LED Headlamps (TGC) and LED Tail lamps (TAB) that that do not have the choreographic capability, as opposed to higher-end trims that do have the choreographic feature
- 20-inch split 6-spoke alloy wheels (NZM)
- Cruise control (K34), as opposed to Adaptive Cruise Control or Super Cruise in higher-end trims
- Manual tilt steering column (N37), as opposed to power tilt and telescoping steering column included with higher-end trims
- The Luxury trim level (model 6MB26) is broken out into three equipment groups:
- Luxury 1 (1SC)
- Luxury 2 (1SD)
- Luxury 3 (1SE)
- Though the Luxury trim name and overall appearance, defined by bright exterior accents, carries over from the 2023 model year, the features included within the equipment groups is rearranged
- The Sport trim level (model 6MC26) is broken out into three equipment groups:
- Sport 1 (1SF)
- Sport 2 (1SJ)
- Sport 3 (1SK)
- The Sport trim includes standard features not available on other trims such as dark exterior accents (window moldings and bodyside moldings) as well as Inteluxe seats with perforated inserts
- As such, the new trim level structure for the 2024 Cadillac Lyriq is comprised of the following seven trims:
- Tech (1SA) / Model 6M226
- Luxury / Model 6MB26
- Luxury 1 (1SC)
- Luxury 2 (1SD)
- Luxury 3 (1SE)
- Sport / Model 6MC26
- Sport 1 (1SF)
- Sport 2 (1SJ)
- Sport 3 (1SK)

- Argent Silver Metallic (GXD)
- Addition of Black roof top (41T)
- Only available on Luxury 1SE and Sport 1SK trims
- Addition of three new wheel options:
- 20-inch split 6-spoke alloy wheels with Bright Silver finish and Gloss Black aero inserts (NZM)
- Standard on Tech, not available on other trims
- 20-inch dynamic 12-spoke alloy wheels with Diamond Cut/Satin Dark Android finish (RD4)
- Standard on Sport 1SF/1SJ trims, available on Sport 1SK
- 22 inch Dynamic split-spoke Reverse Rim alloy wheels with After Midnight finish (PHZ)
- Standard on Sport 1SK, not available on other trims
- 20-inch split 6-spoke alloy wheels with Bright Silver finish and Gloss Black aero inserts (NZM)

- Addition of two new interior colorways:
- Oxford Stone (H7A)
- Only available on Luxury 1SE and Sport 1SK
- Juniper (H7B)
- Only available on Luxury 1SE and Sport 1SK
- Not available with exterior colors Radiant Red Tintcoat or Opulent Blue Metallic
- Only available on Luxury 1SE and Sport 1SK
- Oxford Stone (H7A)
- Addition of Panoramic power sunroof with power sunshade (CAJ)
- Only available on Luxury 1SD/1SE and Sport 1SJ/1SK
- Addition of heated second row seats (KA6)
- Only available on Luxury 1SE and Sport 1SK
- Addition of tri-zone automatic climate control (CJ4)
- Only available on Luxury 1SE and Sport 1SK
Safety / Security
- Addition of security system that includes:
- Locking wheel lugs (PB4)
- Vehicle tilt/inclination sensor (UTU)
- Vehicle interior movement sensor (UTV)
- Self-powered theft-deterrent alarm system (UTR)
- Only available on Luxury 1SE and Sport 1SK models
Driver Assist Technology
- Addition of Intersection Automatic Emergency Braking (CTB)
- Addition of 5G with Wi-Fi Hotspot (U5G)

- Addition of Nappa Leather Package (PCH)
- Availability: only available on Luxury 1SE and Sport 1SK
