The 2019 Cadillac CT6 receives a mid-cycle refresh for the 2019 model year consisting of updates to the exterior, interior, technology and powertrain. A mid-cycle refresh can otherwise be referred to as a facelift or a mid-cycle enhancement (MCE) in GM parlance.
The 2019 CT6 refresh consists of the following changes, updates, and new features:

- Deletion of four exterior colors:
- Dark Adriatic Blue Metallic
- Midnight Sky Metallic
- Deep Amethyst Metallic
- Stone Gray Metallic
- Addition of two exterior colors:
- Manhattan Noir Metallic (available at extra charge; no additional charge on Platinum)
- Shadow Metallic (available at extra charge; no additional charge on Platinum)
- New exterior design features:
- Introduction of two new grille designs and finishes:
- One for Luxury, Premium Luxury and Platinum models
- One for Sport models, which includes:
- Ground effects (rockers, front splitters and rear extensions)
- Rear spoiler
- Dark side glass window moldings
- Body-color lower door moldings
- 19″ sport-specific wheels
- New hood, decklid, front and rear fascias
- New Cadillac signature headlamps and taillamps
- Dual exhaust added to models with 2.0L Turbo LSY engine
- Introduction of two new grille designs and finishes:

- Introduction of second-generation wireless charging that includes 5-watt wireless phone charging with larger charge area for better phone compatibility
