The 2021 Cadillac CT5-V represents the second model year for the luxury sedan, and receives the following changes and updates:
Exterior
- Deletion of two exterior color options
- Red Obsession Tintcoat
- Royal Spice Metallic
- Addition of two, extra-cost exterior color options
- Infrared Tintcoat
- Rift Metallic
- V-Series model exclusive
Interior
- Interior trim changed from Metallic finish to Low Gloss Axiom Aluminum finish
- Luxury models only
- Steering wheel materials upgraded to Modena leather-wrapped steering wheel with Senza leather-wrapped horn pad
- Leather-Appointed seating changed to Leather Seating Surfaces
- Addition of Super Cruise, includes:
- Leather-wrapped Super Cruise steering wheel
- HD Surround Vision
- Available early 2021 calendar year
- Addition of digital gauge cluster
- Addition of Buckle to Drive as a standard feature on all models
- Functionality: prevents vehicle from being shifted out of Park until driver seat belt is fastened
- Times out after 20 seconds and encourages seat belt use
- Can be turned on and off in Settings or Teen Driver menu
- Functionality: prevents vehicle from being shifted out of Park until driver seat belt is fastened
- Addition of Wireless Apple CarPlay/Wireless Android Auto
- Wired functionality remains
- Addition of SiriusXM 360L functionality
- Rotary Infotainment Controller now has a jog functionality

- Leather Seating Surfaces with Mini-Perforated inserts in
- Jet Black with Jet Black accents, or
- Whisper Beige with Jet Black accents
- Required when Platinum Package is ordered
- Not available with Cold Weather Package
