The 2018 Buick Encore continues to be offered as a four-door crossover in the subcompact (B-Segment) class.
Platform
Like all first-generation units of the Buick Encore, the 2018 Buick Encore continues to ride on GM’s Gamma 2 platform shared with the Chevrolet Sonic and Chevrolet Trax.
Production
The 2018 Buick Encore is assembled by GM Korea at the GM Bupyeong plant in Bupyeong, South Korea.
