- Addition of four new exterior colors
- Cinnabar Metallic
- Sapphire Metallic
- Sunset Glow Metallic
- Rosewood Metallic
Interior
- Changes to air conditioning functionality for Preferred models
- Single-zone electronic system replaces semi-automatic with electronic controls
Mechanical
- 1.3-liter L3T three-cylinder engine replaces 1.2-liter LIH three-cylinder engine on FWD Essence (1SL) models
- LIH is no longer offered on FWD Essence model
