Oliver Gavin and Tommy Milner win the Driver’s Championship while Chevy takes the GT Manufacturer Championship and the GT Team Championship for Corvette Racing.
At the event next August, expect at least one Corvette for each of the six generations in competition.
The team achieved its goal of finishing ahead of BMW, and Chevrolet continues to lead the GT manufacturer championship by 19 points.
The No.4 Compuware Corvette C6.R. beat out the No. 45 Porsche by .283 seconds. Milner and Gavin now lead the GT Class.
Corvette Racing still holds the points lead in the ALMS.
The result keeps the team in first place in the ALMS standings.
