When it comes to vehicle pricing, the 2026 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing starts at $64,195, which includes the twin-turbocharged 3.6L V6 LF4 gasoline engine as standard, rated at 472 horsepower and 445 pound-feet of torque. Output is routed through the standard GM six-speed manual transmission, with rear-wheel drive offered as the exclusive drive type. Customers can also upgrade to the GM 10-speed automatic transmission (RPO code MHU) for an extra $2,275.
Diving a bit deeper into the options list, customers have a few choice extras to choose from, most of which change the performance sedan’s aesthetics in some fashion. The most expensive option is the Carbon Fiber 2 Package (RPO code CFZ), which adds aggressive aerodynamic elements and costs $6,650. Customers can also opt for 18-inch wheels with a Satin Graphite finish (RPO code R37, $600), Blue / Red / Bronze brake calipers (RPO code J6B, J6F, J6O, $595 each), and a sueded steering wheel and shifter (RPO code 53S, $300).
