Anyone looking to combine luxury and performance have a broad range of options available from the Cadillac V-Series lineup. With an array of go-fast vehicles spanning ICE-based sedans, a supercharged SUV, and now, even a pair of go-fast EVs, there’s no shortage of options. Notably, the Cadillac V-Series models are enjoying quite a bit of sales success this year.
During Cadillac’s recent presentation for the new 2026 Optiq-V, the brand announced the best-ever sales for Cadillac V-Series products so far during the 2025 calendar year. Of course, this is supported by the fact that the brand is now offering a huge variety of V-Series models. In addition to ICE-based options like the CT4-V, CT4-V Blackwing, CT5-V, CT5-V Blackwing, and Escalade-V, Cadillac also recently launched the 2026 Lyriq-V, while just yesterday, the Optiq-V got its big reveal.
For those who may have missed it, the 2026 Cadillac Optiq-V is the first-ever V-Series compact crossover, featuring a dual-motor powertrain rated at 519 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque. Properly applied, it’s enough go to send the EV crossover to 60 mph in just 3.5 seconds.
The new Optiq-V joins the Lyriq-V, the latter of which is the first-ever Cadillac V-Series model with an all-electric powertrain. First unveiled last October, GM served up the official Lyriq-V spec list this past January. Highlights include a dual-motor powertrain and 102 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, which create upwards of 615 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque. The sprint to 60 mph takes roughly 3.3 seconds.
Then, of course, we have the ICE-based V-Series lineup, including the Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing and CT5-V Blackwing, plus their non-Blackwing counterparts. The CT4-V Blackwing is motivated by the twin-turbocharged 3.6L V6 LF4 gasoline engine, which is rated at 472 horsepower and 445 pound-feet of torque, while the CT5-V Blackwing is motivated by the supercharged 6.2L V8 LT4 gasoline engine, rated at 668 horsepower and 659 pound-feet of torque. The Escalade-V is also powered by the supercharged 6.2L V8 LT4 gasoline engine, the output of which is rated at 682 horsepower and 653 pound-feet of torque.
The question is – which of these machines would you park in your driveway?
