About Cadillac Optiq
The new all-electric 2025 Cadillac Optiq debuted in the U.S. as the luxury marque’s entry-level battery electric vehicle. It’s available in four trim levels – Luxury 1, Sport 1, Luxury 2, and Sport 2.
Standard Optiq features include a dual-motor drivetrain, 33-inch diagonal LED display, a 19-speaker AKG Studio audio system, and GM Super Cruise semi-autonomous driver assist technology. Luxury 2 and Sport 2 trims also include a head-up display, ventilated and massaging front seats, and choreographed lighting with fancier headlamps and taillamps. A heat pump is equipped across-the-board to significantly improve the EV’s range and efficiency in cold weather.
Here are the 2025 Optiq paint colors, the interior colorways, and available wheels.
The all-electric subcompact luxury crossover also gets many standard safety features such as Adaptive Cruise Control, Blind Zone Steering Assist, Enhanced Automatic Parking, and Forward Collision Alert.
All-wheel drive is standard, underpinned by the GM BEV3 platform, motivated by GM battery technology and GM drive motors. A GM-estimated range of 300 miles is available on a full charge, while the dual motors, powered by an 85 kW battery pack, produce 300 horsepower and 354 pound-feet of torque. The 2025 Optiq can tow 1,500 pounds.
The 2025 Optiq is now available to order with home charger solutions from GM.
Pricing uncovered for the 2025 Cadillac Optiq shows the entry-level Luxury 1 trim with an MSRP of $54,390, and range-topping Sport 2 starting at $57,090. The 2026 Cadillac Optiq-V just debuted as the luxury marque’s first-ever V-Series compact crossover. The EV’s dual-motor powertrain is estimated to produce 519 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque, good for a 0-60 mph time of 3.5 seconds in Velocity Max mode. That’s the same torque rating as the Cadillac Lyriq-V but in a smaller, lighter, more affordable package. Cadillac estimates a 275-mile range on a full charge.
Production of the 2026 Cadillac Optiq is currently scheduled to start on August 25th.

Comments
I’ve owned my Optiq Sport 1 for almost 3 full months now and really starting to like it. The Optiq is my 5th gm EV that I owned.
In my Optiq purchase experience I received the $7,500 Tax credit, the $2,000 Conquest offer, $500 gm Military offer, and finally a + $2,500 dealer discount.
To anyone seriously considering an Optiq don’t be afraid to negotiate with the dealer for a bottom line, out-the-door price. Walk away if necessary and don’t be surprised if the dealer calls you back……
