In June 2025, Cadillac Escalade IQ deals are limited to just local market leases on the regular-length 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ and 2026 Cadillac Escalade IQ, along with the extended-length 2026 Cadillac Escalade IQL.
Note that the luxury marque’s first-ever all-electric full-size SUV does not qualify for the $7,500 U.S. EV tax credit or even the partial $3,750 credit because the starting price exceeds the $80,000 maximum set by the Clean Vehicle Credit rules.

About Cadillac Escalade IQ
The 2026 Escalade IQ offers a few changes over the first-ever all-electric 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ. That includes a revised trim level lineup, with Luxury 2 becoming Luxury Premium and Sport 2 becoming Sport Premium.
Standard features include a curved 55-inch pillar-to-pillar infotainment screen, a 21-speaker stereo, system, Air Ride Adaptive Suspension with Magnetic Ride Control, and the GM Super Cruise semi-autonomous driver assist system, while the Premium Luxury and Premium Sport trims include a 38-speaker stereo, Night Vision thermal imaging, and 16-way power front seats, along with an available Executive Second Row Seating Package.
The 2026 Escalade IQ gets a bunch of new paint colors and offers new standard wheels, but gets reduced Smart Trailering Package availability with the new trim level changes.
All-wheel drive is standard, underpinned by the GM BT1 platform, motivated by GM battery technology and GM drive motors. A GM-estimated range of 460 miles is available on a full charge, while the dual motors, powered by a 24-module, 205 kWh battery pack, producing 750 horsepower and 785 pound-feet of torque. That sends the SUV from a standstill to 60 mph in just 4.7 seconds, while providing up to 8,000 pounds of towing capability.
Additionally, 800-volt DC quick-charge capabilities add upwards of 100 miles of range in just 10 minutes, and vehicle-to-home (V2H) bidirectional charging is available. The battery alone costs an estimated $22,450, or up to a sixth of the vehicle’s total price.
The battery electric SUV rides on a fully independent suspension with Magnetic Ride Control 4.0 and Adaptive Air Ride suspension, enabling the body to be lowered by as much as two inches and raised by one inch. There’s also standard four-wheel steering, allowing for a low 39.4-foot turning diameter, and Cadillac Arrival Mode, which allows for diagonal-drive functionality at low speeds.
A new infotainment system feature is now available in Cadillac EVs called Conversation Enhancement for three-row utilities like the Escalade IQ/IQL.
