About Cadillac CT4

The 2026 Cadillac CT4 debuts the small luxury sedan’s seventh model year, bringing only minimal changes compared to the preceding 2025 model and dropping in as one of the last internal combustion engine (ICE) sedans in Cadillac’s North American lineup.

For the 2026 model year, the CT4-V Blackwing does now come equipped as standard with the high-performance steering wheel, which was an option for the 2025 model year, while the CT4-V gets seating features and availability changes.

Unchanged are the powertrain choices. The 2026 CT4 is driven by the turbocharged 2.0L I4 LSY gasoline engine, rated at 237 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque, mated to GM’s eight-speed automatic transmission. The turbocharged 2.7L I4 L3B and GM 10-speed automatic transmission, rated at 310 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque, is an option on the Premium Luxury trim.

Meanwhile, the L3B engine powering the CT4-V is rated at 325 horsepower and 380 pound-feet of torque and employs the 10-speed automatic transmission. The CT4-V also gets Performance Traction Management with Launch Control included as standard, along with Magnetic Ride Control and an electronic limited-slip differential.

Rear-wheel-drive (RWD) is standard, while all-wheel-drive (AWD) is optional on all these variants.

The 2026 CT4-V Blackwing runs the twin-turbocharged 3.6L V6 LF4 gasoline engine, rated at 472 horsepower and 445 pound-feet of torque. The GM six-speed manual transmission is standard, while the 10-speed auto is optional – both exclusively power the rear wheels. A decade later, Cadillac still offers the choice of manual or automatic transmissions.

Pricing for the 2026 Cadillac CT4 reveals a seen a notable increase across all trim levels. The base Luxury trim sees a price hike of $605. The Premium Luxury gets the smallest price bump at just $5, while the Sport trim and CT4-V both see a much more substantial increase of $2,705. The high-performance CT4-V Blackwing, the range-topping track-ready option of the lineup, gets a price bump of $505. All prices listed include a destination freight charge (DFC) of $1,495.
