2026 Corvette Pricing Uncovered

The 2026 Chevy Corvette lineup continues to offer a wide array of performance options and price points, from the base Stingray, all the way up to the high-powered ZR1 and ZR1X. That said, customers looking to grab a new C8 may be surprised to learn that pricing for each variant is considerably more expensive than it was for the 2025 model year. Now, GM Authority is taking a closer look at 2026 Corvette pricing.

The 2026 Corvette lineup includes the C8 Z06, as seen here.

As was the case for 2025, the 2026 Corvette lineup offers a wide range of trims and configurations, including a Coupes and Convertible body style for each trim and model. The 2026 Corvette lineup kicks off with the Stingray 1LT Coupe, sliding in with a base price of $71,995, making it the most affordable option in the range. Following the Stingray, we have the hybrid-powered Corvette E-Ray, which starts at $110,595 for the 1LZ Coupe, while the high-performance Z06 begins at $119,695 for the 1LZ Coupe. Go for the ZR1, and expect to shell out at least $182,395 for the 1LZ Coupe.

Unfortunately, pricing for the new Corvette ZR1X has yet to be announced. Production of the ZR1X is scheduled to begin later in the 2025 calendar year.

Check out a more complete breakdown of available 2026 Corvette pricing information below. Note that all prices listed here include a standard destination freight charge of $1,995:

Compared to the preceding 2025 model year, prices for the 2026 Corvette have risen considerably. The Stingray and E-Ray each see an increase of $1,800, while Z06 pricing climbs by $5,700 and the new ZR1 is up $7,200.

As for the mechanical specs, the Stingray cradles the naturally aspirated 6.2L V8 LT2 rated 490 horsepower, while the E-Ray builds on this foundation with a front-mounted electric motor, creating a hybrid setup good for 655 horsepower, plus all-wheel drive. Meanwhile, the Z06 is motivated by the naturally aspirated 5.5L V8 LT6, delivering 670 horsepower, while the ZR1 adds two turbos to the mix with the 5.5L V8 LT7, upping output to an eye-widening 1,064 horsepower.

All 2026 Corvette variants ride on the GM Y2 platform, while vehicle production takes place exclusively at the GM Bowling Green plant in Kentucky.

  1. Well if the stretch between the 3LT C8 and 3LZ Z06 is 50K and the 3LZ ZR1 is 60K more than the 3LZ Z06, it’s looking like that ZR1X is gonna be outrageously expensive.

  3. It’ll be interesting to see what year is the end of this Boomer money when they physically can’t drive and it makes no sense to buy new cars anymore.

    1. Boomer money will outlive them in may cases but the wealthy are first to snap their wallets shut when the economy heads south. So this is another brilliant GM move. They just keep coming.

  5. Porsche must be smiling as Corvette prices continue to approach 911 prices which will result in a decline in sales.

    1. The cheapest Porsche that can even try to keep up with a base Corvette is a Carrera S and that starts at $146K and comes with virtually nothing standard.

      1. Porsche Carrera S buyers will gladly pay $146,000+ for their vehicle before they pay $100,000+ for any Corvette. In the past Corvettes would cost half as much as a 911, under Mary Buick Envision Made in China-Barra it’s now 70% and getting closer since today’s Corvettes are heavily optioned. Despite its performance, Corvettes will never have the same status as a Porsche. Very few Porsche buyers will trade in their Porsches for a Corvette

  6. The increases are to subsidize EV losses. GM did this with the last few years of the Camaro and they’re also doing it to the soon to be dead Blackwings.

  7. A base ZO6 to a base standard corvette is almost 50 grand more. Geez!!! A base corvette is still the best bang for the buck on the planet.

    1. Only if you find one below $90,000 since today’s Corvettes are heavily optioned, Corvette sales are down 21% thru March 31, 2025, seriously doubt you will ever find a base Corvette under $77,000.

        1. It depends on luck and your location, on my Google search, these cheapest one I found was a 2023 Stingray 3LT marked down to $79,900 from $83,280 and it now it and it’s has almost 3 years of depreciation on it and its 87 miles away, even if your local Chevy dealer can make a trade with that dealer, you still have to make a 174 mile round trip to inspect it. It’s probably sold by now.

  8. It’s just so sad to hear any negative talk from any of you when you are all bitter and foaming at the mouth to even get a test drive. You tell the poor sales kid you need to ” run it by your wife”. There is not a bad thing to say about these cars they’re amazing this is my first Corvette 2025 c8 I’ve ever had . The mid engine is amazing. The transmission also. The haters in this Corvette lifestyle are the most bitter punks I have ever heard. I have discarded two friends of mine due to this vehicle one I had to put out on the side of the road for talking sh t. He knew more about the lumbar and corrected me on the horsepower told me how to modify the exhaust needed to do long tube headers or something started arguing with me and I had to put his sorry ass out I’ve never seen jealousy so bad in this Corvette group of people it makes me sick at my stomach enough that I’m probably going to get rid of the car. The other friend was excited the first two times he wrote in it and then he quickly turned bitter and jealous with a sour attitude each time I came by then told me that I have too much time on my hands I need to work. I tapped this girls rear bumper and her and her boyfriend 3 weeks later claimed that neck injuries and try to sue my insurance. Didn’t even leave a mark on my car The tow hook cover popped open. I’m ready to be tired of this car and move on with my life. Jealousy beyond sick jealousy like I’ve never seen. I’ve had the car a month and it sat in the garage for 3 weeks.

  9. I had a 2022 C8 coupe and a 2023 C8 HTC. Losing the trunk to the roof of the coupe and the blind spot and loss of the rear camera with the roof down on the HTC led me to a Porsche.
The Corvettes had quite a few features that I really miss. Their pointy front ends do make them hard to park safely outside of the home garage.

  11. The extra pricing isn’t a concern. There will be deals. What is very upsetting is the continued lack of a manual transmission. There are so many future Corvette Buyers sitting on the sidelines because they refuse to buy an automatic sports car. GM: Give us a manual (Vette guy doesn’t really want the Caddy but appreciated you putting a manual in those). Also please put better protections on those front air intakes to stop rock damage to radiators while not limiting airflow (yes I know I can buy aftermarkets protections). And finally, how about bringing back a navy color or old school British racing green? Your colors now are like Labo-Wanna be colors. Fun, but we will get sick of those colors quickly. Love the new interiors. Well done on that. Cheers!
