Ten months after the Cadillac Escalade IQ was first confirmed for the country, General Motors has just introduced the all-new 2026 Escalade IQ lineup in Mexico.

The automaker’s Mexican subsidiary officially announced the imminent arrival of the new 2026 Cadillac Escalade IQ, which will become the third market to receive the zero-emission variant of Cadillac’s iconic flagship SUV. While the luxury brand refers to the model simply as the 2026 Escalade IQ, the lineup for Mexico includes both the standard version and the elongated Escalade IQL.

“Cadillac’s legacy is marked by iconic vehicles. Today, the brand has elevated its technological offerings to bring us closer to a zero-emission future,” said Marketing Manager of Cadillac at GM Mexico, Tere Vera. “The Escalade IQ symbolizes the spirit of luxury in its most sophisticated form, raising the bar just as the Escalade nameplate redefined luxury a quarter of a century ago,” she added.

The new 2026 Cadillac Escalade IQ is introduced in the Mexican market exclusively in range-topping Premium Sport trim, on both body configurations. As such, the 2026 Escalade IQ lineup is equipped as standard with a comprehensive list of class-leading advanced technology and safety features, including the 42-speaker AKG Studio audio system as part of the Executive Second Row Seating Package..

Technically, the 2026 Cadillac Escalade IQ lineup is powered by a dual-electric motor powertrain, creating an all-wheel drivetrain, with an output of up to 750 horsepower and 785 pound-feet of torque. It’s motivated by a massive 24-module, 200 kWh battery pack with a Cadillac-estimated range of 740 km or 460 miles on a single charge – the longest all-electric range in its segment.

The all-new 2026 Cadillac Escalade IQ and IQL will be available for sale in Mexico during the month of September at the country’s Cadillac EV dealership network, which currently has 19 stores throughout its territory. The 2026 Escalade IQ offers a benefits package for buyers, along with eight exterior colors and two interior shades to choose from. The units will arrive in the country imported from the GM Factory Zero plant in Detroit.

Here is pricing for the two 2026 Cadillac Escalade IQ variants in Mexico:

  • 2026 Escalade IQ: 3,327,900 pesos (about $175,300 USD at the current exchange rate)
  • 2026 Escalade IQL: 3,397,900 pesos ($178,980 USD)
