2025 Chevy Corvette E-Ray Officially Introduced In Europe

In addition to the Stingray and Z06 variants of the iconic American sports car already sold in the region, General Motors has just officially introduced the 2025 Chevy Corvette E-Ray in Europe.

The automaker is bringing the all-new 2025 Chevy Corvette E-Ray in Europe for the first time, expanding the model’s range on the continent with the electrified version that enhances the driving experience and performance of the Corvette C8 with a first-of-a-kind all-wheel drivetrain. As such, the Corvette E-Ray begins arriving in European countries as the second high-performance variant of the model, with some specific tweaks for the region.

“Chevrolet proudly introduces the Corvette E-Ray in Europe – the first-ever all-wheel-drive hybrid Corvette – blending the brand’s legendary performance with advanced electrification,” said GM Europe in a statement. “Featuring the striking mid-engine design of the eighth-generation Corvette, the E-Ray incorporates functional enhancements that highlight both its performance capabilities and efficiency,” the company added.

In particular, the new 2025 Chevy Corvette E-Ray is being introduced in Europe with two body styles, including the removable-roof Coupe and the hardtop Convertible, positioned just below the Corvette Z06 in the regional lineup. The model is notable for being the only sports car to combine a naturally aspirated V8 engine with an electrified all-wheel drive system that enhances performance and all-weather capabilities.

Mechanically, the 2025 Chevy Corvette E-Ray rides on a specific electrified powertrain comprised of a naturally aspirated 6.2L V8 LT2 engine producing 482 horsepower and 613 Nm of torque to the rear axle, along with an electric motor generating an additional 161 horsepower and 165 Nm of torque to the front axle via a 1.9 kWh battery pack. In total, the E-Ray boasts a combined output of 643 horsepower.

The all-new 2025 Chevy Corvette E-Ray is now available for reservation at Chevrolet’s select high-performance dealer network in several European countries, with deliveries slated to begin shortly this summer. Cosmetically, the Corvette E-Ray for the continent features lighting and license plate adjustments tailored to local standards. Starting prices for the Corvette E-Ray in Europe are as follows:

  • 2025 Corvette E-Ray Coupe: 169,000 euros (about $192,660 USD at the current exchange rate)
  • 2025 Corvette E-Ray Convertible: 176,900 euros  (about $201,670 USD)

  2. Great addition to European market. Porsche Ferrari Lamborghini Etc owners would enjoy adding this car to their collection. Probably easier to drive than any of them Porsche and bad weather. That rapid blue is starting to grow on me. Pricing appears to be inflated due to tariffs or maybe GM’s just up charges.
