The 2026 Infiniti QX60 has debuted with a mid-cycle refresh that keeps it competitive in the midsize three-row luxury crossover class. It arrives in the same year as the final model year for its closest GM rival, the Cadillac XT6.
A few highlights of the refresh to the 2026 Infiniti QX60 include a revised aesthetic with a design language that Infiniti calls “Artistry in Motion,” a new Sport trim, ProPilot Assist 2.1 hands-free highway driving, an available Klipsch audio system, and an updated infotainment system with Google built-in.
“The luxurious yet practical QX60 is a core part of the Infiniti lineup, and this refreshed 2026 model is a continuation of our product renaissance that will propel Infiniti toward its future vision,” said Infiniti Americas vice president Tiago Castro. “The 2026 Infiniti QX60 enables drivers to embrace more of what they love. With a strikingly refreshed design that reflects bold style, innovative technologies that simplify life, and effortless functionality to accommodate friends, family, and beyond, it’s designed for a life well-lived.”
Enthusiasts shouldn’t get too excited about the new QX60 Sport. It’s essentially an appearance package that builds on the Luxe trim. It adds a unique front fascia with a mesh grille, black 20-inch wheels, dark exterior trim, and a Dusk Blue interior with standard second-row captain’s chairs.
The ProPilot Assist 2.1 system is like the Nissan/Infiniti version of Super Cruise. Infiniti isn’t as forthcoming as GM about how many North American highways this system maps; it’s a bit of a mystery. This hands-free system has been getting more common on Nissan and Infiniti products, now available on the Nissan Rogue, Nissan Armada, and Infiniti QX80.
The new infotainment system in the 2026 Infiniti QX60 uses dual 12.3-inch displays; one being a central infotainment screen and the other serving as a digital gauge cluster. The aging Nissan infotainment software is gone and replaced with a Google built-in system. This means built-in Google Maps, Google Assistant, and other useful apps. Also, the new premium audio option is a Klipsch 16-speaker system with front headrest speakers. It used to be a Bose Performance Series system, similar to the one in the Cadillac XT6.
The 2026 Infiniti QX60 will arrive in North American dealerships this summer. This refresh signals that we should soon expect a similar update to the Nissan Pathfinder, which is the more mainstream corporate cousin of the QX60 and a direct rival to the Chevy Traverse and GMC Acadia.

This vehicle, specially the interior design looks five years old.
It’s an XT6 rival my guy
No it doesn’t. It has a very nice and well put together interior. The problem is Nissan willingly allowed Infiniti to languish especially under Ghosn. He told then president of Infiniti Johan de Nysschen he was more than welcome to close down the division if he wanted to. Now Infiniti is just a hollowed out brand much like Chrysler with no direction. Genesis now outsells Infiniti.
This is why I feel Buick has an opportunity here. Between Infiniti and Acura languishing, Buick has a chance to eat up some of their market share.
Lincoln Nautilus called and wants their body style back.
Xt6 is dead in the water any way.
Vistiq is the successor to the XT6 and if you don’t include the powertrain, its a much nicer vehicle than the QX60. I just don’t care for the electric side of it. Would have been perfect as a V6 or even turbo 4.
These Infinitis are already showing up at our auto auction, with under 10,000 miles for less than half their original price. Nissan and Infiniti are dead.
