New Entry-Level 2026 Chevy Spin Variant Launches In Brazil

General Motors has just launched the 2026 Chevy Spin with a new entry-level version in Brazil, a year after introducing the updated MPV in the South American country,

The automaker launched the 2026 Chevy Spin lineup in the Brazilian domestic market as the second model year for the brand’s small multipurpose vehicle in the country, where it is manufactured exclusively for select South American markets. The main new feature of the 2026 Spin range in the Brazilian market is a new entry-level trim focused on People with Disabilities (PCD), with special purchase benefits.

“The PCD public has always been part of Chevrolet’s journey to offer solutions that expand access to mobility with comfort, safety and technology. This new entry-level version of the Spin reinforces this commitment by bringing together the features most requested by this consumer profile,” said GM South America Product Marketing Director, Paula Saiani. “The initiative reflects GM’s values in relation to inclusion and the construction of an increasingly diverse and representative portfolio,” she added.

Notably, the new entry-level version of the 2026 Chevy Spin for the PCD public comes with a simpler overall finish that distinguishes it from the other trim levels, highlighting the absence of roof racks, chrome elements, and various decorative body moldings. With two rows and five seats as standard, the 2026 Spin PCD offers the possibility of adaptations such as hand controls or rear access ramps for wheelchair users.

At the same time, the 2026 Chevy Spin PCD maintains the most advanced level of connectivity and technology in its class by including the model’s signature dual-screen module with an 8-inch digital instrument cluster and 11-inch multimedia display, as well as the full safety feature package offered on the other trim levels. In addition, this model adds seats with adjustable, multi-density foam to accommodate a variety of user profiles.

The new entry-level 2026 Chevy Spin aimed at people with disabilities is now available for sale at Chevrolet’s dealer network in Brazil, where it joins the LT, LTZ, and Premier as the fourth variant. People with disabilities may be eligible for a tax exemption when purchasing new vehicles in that country; to do so, they must present the necessary medical and legal documentation.

The base price of the 2026 Chevy Spin PCD in Brazil, excluding potential federal discounts, is 119,900 reais, about $21,250 USD at the current exchange rate.
