The 2026 Cadillac Escalade will continue the luxury nameplate’s legacy with only a few modest updates compared to the refreshed 2025 model year. Among the changes will likely be a new exterior color. Now, GM Authority has learned when 2026 Cadillac Escalade production will officially get under way.
According to sources familiar with the matter, production of the 2026 Cadillac Escalade will begin on September 8th, 2025. Production will once again take place at the GM Arlington Assembly plant in Texas. Dealers can begin configuring the vehicle online and saving orders on July 10th, 2025. Note that these dates apply across the entire Escalade lineup, including the extended-length Escalade ESV and high-performance Escalade-V variants.
Styling and mechanical components are expected to carry over nearly unchanged from the 2025 model year, with the most notable visual update being the introduction of a new exterior paint, namely Vibrant White Tricoat (color code G4J), which is set to replace White Frost Tricoat (color code G1W).
Pricing details for the 2026 Cadillac Escalade have yet to be announced, but are expected to closely follow those for the 2025 model year. For reference, the base Luxury trim starts at $90,295 (2WD) and $93,295 (4WD). The Premium Luxury and Sport trims begin at $99,495 and $100,095, respectively, with four-wheel-drive variants adding $3,000. At the top end of the trim level cadence, Premium Luxury Platinum and Sport Platinum trims start at $119,095 and $119,595, while the range-topping Escalade-V begins at $164,695, climbing to $167,695 for the ESV variant.
As for options, customers are expected to have access to the Performance Upgrade Package (RPO code PDC), which adds a new high-flow intake, cat-back exhaust, and enhanced braking (not available on Escalade-V). The Executive Second Row Seating Package (RPO ABV) is another standout, featuring upgraded luxury second-row accommodations and offered exclusively for Premium Luxury Platinum, Sport Platinum, and Escalade-V trims.
Powertrain offerings will remain unchanged. The standard-spec engine is the naturally aspirated 6.2L V8 L87, while the supercharged 6.2L V8 LT4 is exclusive to the Escalade-V. The 3.0L I6 LM2 turbodiesel Duramax engine was discontinued following the 2025-model-year refresh due to low demand.

Normal and usual next year models start from the end of July to beginning of September.
I have been waiting for a year to order an new ESV Premium Platinum with the Radiant Package but have been told repeatedly that that package is not yet available. Will it be available for order on 7/1025 for the 2026 model?
crazy prices and ugly frt
Do you know if the 2nd row bench seat will be available on the platinum editions? (2025 models only allowed 2nd row bench on the non-platinum models)
Just buy a Suburban. Same vehicle, less money and drives exactly the same. Back in the day, a Fleetwood was not a rebadged Impala and Cadillac WAS (almost) the standard of the world.
The Fleetwood was the LWB Impala "back in the day". LOL . But the lineup was much better than what they are trying to push off on to us now.
