Maybe I missed it, but did anyone ever calculate the difference between ice and ev pickups maintenance expense over 5 or 10 years?
Plus fuel. You are far better off with EV even thou it may cost more in the beginning.
Hi Zack I’m in agreement with you about EVs especially since I’m on my 5th EV (Cadillac Optiq), but EVs are not for everyone. For example, folks that live in apartments with no safe electrical outlet availability, people that need to drive daily really long distances-especially during cold weather, and finally farmers or contractors that tow heavy items over 100 miles all the time.
If the market does become saturated with EV’s one day I feel sorry for the future ICE owners because the petro companies won’t show them any mercy. 20 years from now a gallon of gas may prove to be more expensive than a gallon of Chanel perfume.
