The 2026 Cadillac Vistiq is now on sale, bolstering the luxury brand’s EV lineup as a three-row midsize crossover positioned above the Cadillac Lyriq, and below the Cadillac Escalade IQ. It’s available in four three levels with a single powertrain option and standard all-wheel drive. Now, we’re turning the spotlight on the list of available Cadillac Vistiq colors.
Eight paint colors are on offer, seven of which can be combined with a contrasting Black-painted roof option, for a total of 15 exterior paint combinations. The only no-charge hue is Argent Silver Metallic (color code GXD), while Celestial Metallic (GJY), Emerald Lake Metallic (G6I), Nimbus Metallic (G7X), Opulent Blue Metallic (GTR) and Stellar Black Metallic (GB8) all cost an extra $625. Radiant Red Tintcoat (GNT) and Vibrant White Tricoat (G4J) are available for $1,225, and all these colors except Stellar Black Metallic can be matched to a Black roof (41T) for another $600.

These Cadillac Vistiq colors are shared with the 2025 Cadillac Lyriq, since both crossovers are built at the GM Spring Hill plant in Tennessee. An exception was Crystal White Tricoat (G1W) which is being phased out after the 2025 model year on the Lyriq as well as on other models such as the Cadillac XT5 and the Cadillac Escalade. Crystal White will be replaced by Vibrant White Tricoat on these models while being introduced on the Cadillac Escalade IQL, and was added to the list of Cadillac Vistiq colors in June 2025.
The Vistiq is equipped with a pair of GM drive motors, providing standard all-wheel drive along with an output of 615 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque. With the Velocity Max mode activated, the crossover can blast from 0 to 60 mph in 3.7 seconds, despite its 6,326-pound curb weight. The Vistiq’s 102 kWh battery pack provides a driving range of up to 305 miles on a single charge.

What is the supply chain rationale for these paint restrictions? I can’t get blue platinum to match the blue interior?
GM’s attitude about paint color is shameful. Cadillac used to have exclusive colors from the lesser brands and were a reason that Cadillac was special. Now, any GM product has the same colorway, whether it’s a $30,000 Chevrolet or a $75,000 Cadillac.
Hey Brad,
Agreed.
In addition, the colors made a Cadillac stand out.
The color palette above?… a little bit on the blah side.
Why would Cadillac not offer white or metallic white on the Vistiq? White has always been a very popular color on Cadillacs. 15 of my 20 Cadillacs have been white.
It would be Nice for GM to offer several Matte Color Finish options like the European automotive brands offer such as Silver, Grey, Black and White, Red, Blue etc on the Cadillacs and Corvettes especially the Escalade, Escalade IQ and IQL Celestiq and Corvette Z06, ZR1 and upcoming Zora.
