The automaker’s South Korean subsidiary exhibited its two adventure-focused models at the 2025 Kovea Camping Festival held on Jarasum Island in Gapyeong County, South Korea. The Bowtie brand was present at the outdoor recreation event as one of the official sponsors, exposing its off-road-capable adventure vehicles in their natural habitat.

“This festival was a meaningful opportunity for the Chevrolet brand to get closer to customers who pursue an active and outdoor lifestyle,” said GM Korea CMO and Head of Communications, Myongok Yoon. “We will continue to work to increase customer touchpoints and strengthen the brand experience through field-centered marketing that suits customers’ lifestyles,” she added.

Chevrolet showcased units of the Chevy Colorado Z71 and the new 2026 Chevy Trailblazer Activ recently launched in South Korea to a total audience of around 3,000 people who participated in the 2025 Kovea Camping Festival, which featured performances by various artists and recreational programs that generated a great response from South Korean families. Both vehicles are ideal for such outdoor trips and experiences.

As the main vehicles for off-roading and camping lifestyles in Chevrolet’s current Korea product lineup, the Chevy Colorado and Chevy Trailblazer were on display during the two-day Kovea Festival at an experiential booth, where visitors could freely browse the vehicles. In fact, a participatory event was held to give away Chevrolet camping equipment to interested customers, which was well-received.

The Chevy Colorado stands out for its strong towing and payload capacities, while the Chevy Trailblazer is ideal for those who value practicality with its urban maneuverability and light off-road capabilities, as well as outstanding space efficiency in a compact package.
