Callaway Supercharged 2025 GMC Yukon SC520 and SC602 Now Available

Callaway Cars is now offering two high-performance upgrades for the 2025 GMC Yukon, both of which include a supercharger that gives the V8-powered full-size SUV a serious speed boost.

Notably, these packages are available for both the 5.3L V8 L84 and the 6.2L V8 L87, which means customers can unlock more power and torque, regardless of the specific V8 found under the hood. Both packages are also available for the extended-length Yukon XL.

Starting it off is the SC520 package, which is available for units of the 2025 GMC Yukon equipped with the 5.3L V8 L84. Properly installed, the SC520 pushes output up to 520 horsepower and 490 pound-feet of torque, a jump of 165 horsepower and 107 pound-feet over the factory specifications. Meanwhile, the SC602 package is designed for units of the 2025 GMC Yukon powered by the 6.2L V8 L87, increasing peak output to 602 horsepower and 560 pound-feet of torque, a gain of 182 horsepower and 100 pound-feet, respectively.

Both packages utilize Callaway’s GenThree TVS R2650 supercharger and proprietary TripleCooled intercooler system, which is engineered to reduce heat soak and maintain consistent performance under load. Complementary upgrades include a high-flow intake, low-restriction stainless steel exhaust system with quad tips, and custom engine calibration, all of which are 50-state emissions compliant.

Despite the significant performance enhancements, the supercharger also incorporates an internal bypass system that ensures fuel economy remains largely unaffected during light-load conditions, preserving daily drivability. Cosmetically, the packages include a suite of visual enhancements, such as carbon fiber engine bay components, chrome Callaway badging, branded aluminum door sills, and a dash-mounted build plaque. Every upgraded vehicle also comes with official certification documentation. Buyers can further tailor their vehicle with optional equipment such as custom wheels, black exhaust tips, anodized pedals, and blacked-out badging.

New Callaway-upgraded units of the 2025 GMC Yukon can be purchased direct from authorized Callaway dealers, or built to order through GM, with final assembly carried out at either of Callaway’s facilities in Connecticut or California.
