Cadillac has officially revealed the design of one of the four Cadillac V-Series.R for 2025 Le Mans race cars with the Mobil 1 brand as the primary sponsor.
Cadillac Racing, the luxury brand’s motorsports division, has revealed the official livery for the No. 101 Cadillac Wayne Taylor Racing V-Series.R car for the 2025 24 Hours of Le Mans, welcoming of American corporation ExxonMobil’s Mobil 1 brand as the primary sponsor of the Wayne Taylor Racing team. The reveal of the hypercar’s design comes weeks ahead of the upcoming edition of the world’s most famous endurance race.
“Mobil 1 and Cadillac Racing are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of performance and innovation in motorsport,” said Cadillac Global Vice President, John Roth. “We’re excited to welcome the Mobil 1 brand as the primary sponsor of the No. 101 Cadillac Wayne Taylor Racing V-Series.R for the 24 Hours of Le Mans,” he added.
The official design of the blue and white No. 101 Cadillac Wayne Taylor Racing V-Series.R hypercar features the iconic Mobil 1 logo as the primary livery, printed in contrasting colors on the sides and front of the vehicle. According to Cadillac Racing, this new livery for the 2025 Le Mans race symbolizes what it calls “a strong partnership in motorsports excellence” between the two highly recognized American brands.
Mobil 1 was already present on the body of the No. 10 Cadillac Wayne Taylor Racing V-Series.R IMSA, but the companies agreed to deepen the partnership by making the brand the title sponsor of the blue hypercar for the 93rd running of Le Mans, where Cadillac Racing is looking to take the overall win. Motorsports provides a testing ground for Cadillac and Mobil 1 to transfer knowledge and technology between race cars and production vehicles.
“Le Mans is the ultimate proving ground in motorsport, and we’re proud to support Cadillac’s ambitions through our continued technical partnership,” said Mobil 1 Strategic Global Alliance Manager, Tony Esposito. “This new livery reflects what our work with Cadillac is all about – performance, passion and pushing boundaries. We’re thrilled to see it come to life on track at Le Mans, where our legacy in motorsport continues,” he finished.

For the love of God Cadillac, sell me one of these!!!!
I’ll take 2! Don’t care what it cost.
Rampant mediocrity at Cadillac Racing this year in 2025 in both IMSA and WEC!! What’s the problem? No wins anywhere. New cosmetics on the car isn’t enough.
It’s called the agony and pain of BOP style racing. And if you don’t know what BOP stands for, it means… Balance of Performance. If you win too much, they punish you, just ask Corvette Racing. I think it’s unfair that Penske Racing is dominating the class. I think they’re sucking up to Roger Penske because they’re so happy to have him back in the series. They know that any form of racing is better with Roger than without him.
Damn, that would look good sitting in my shop. Powerball, where are you?
Yes, I also would love to drive this around the track.
Probably the future of NASCAR, where we’ll see spec cars with no basis in production vehicles.
what motor is in the Fab Cadillac???
