General Motors announced the opening of the all-new Cadillac Auckland Experience Center in an exclusive shopping area of ​​New Zealand’s largest city, with which the brand seeks to completely reinvent the showroom experience. In fact, Cadillac says the new Auckland Experience Center is the antithesis of the traditional dealership experience and is designed to captivate a new generation of customers in the country’s luxury market.
“Cadillac is a brand that prides itself on constantly reimagining the idea of modern luxury, and that ethos doesn’t start and finish with our vehicles,” said GM Australia and New Zealand Managing Director, Jess Bala. “The Cadillac Auckland Experience Center is unlike any showroom our customers have ever experienced before. It’s a place to experience all that Cadillac offers, and a place designed to engage with customers throughout their entire ownership journey,” she added.
Specifically, the all-new Cadillac Auckland Experience Centre opens as Cadillac’s first dedicated hub and retail location in the New Zealand market, accelerating the launch of the brand’s new all-electric vehicle strategy in the country. This bright, modern space is located in a renovated two-story colonial building on Auckland’s Karangahape Road, becoming the home of all things Cadillac.
Surrounded by upscale boutiques, bars, and restaurants, the Cadillac Auckland Experience Center features a cutting-edge design that combines a dedicated vehicle pickup area with a luxurious guest lounge, a walkway for specialty brand vehicles, a design and customization center, and an on-site service center. The new Cadillac Lyriq takes center stage at the opening and will soon be joined by more next-generation models.
The newly opened all-new Cadillac Auckland Experience Centre in New Zealand’s most influential city is now open to the public, where customers can experience first-hand all the innovative features of the 2025 Cadillac Lyriq and the brand’s growing EV portfolio.
