2026 Chevy Spark EUV Activ Officially Announced In Brazil

General Motors has just officially announced the brand-new 2026 Chevy Spark EUV Activ in Brazil, exactly two months after the global debut of the mini EV crossover in that country.

The automaker’s South American subsidiary confirmed that the brand-new 2026 Chevy Spark EUV Activ will be the only variant of the all-electric model available this year in Brazil, the country with the largest automotive market in all of Latin America and the largest market in which the new Spark will be sold. As such, the Spark EUV Activ will arrive soon to strengthen Chevrolet‘s offering and competitiveness in the Brazilian market.

“The Spark will be sold in the country in a single trim version, the Activ, which reinforces its adventurous and striking appeal. All in a specific combination to meet the preferences of local consumers,” said GM South America’s Product Marketing Director, Paula Saiani. “Spark is here to deliver sustainability and technology with the trust of the Chevrolet brand, which has been part of Brazilians’ lives for a century,” she added.

Notably, the brand-new 2026 Chevy Spark EUV Activ will arrive in the Brazilian domestic market with the goal of establishing a difference in the highly popular small-utility segment, a category where models are increasingly similar and there is little room for innovation. The Spark EUV Activ emerges to be unlike anything else out there, standing out with its “boxy” high-waistline and raised roofline in a compact, bold, and electric package.

Designed from the ground up to be a fully electric vehicle, the 2026 Chevy Spark EUV Activ introduces a disruptive proposition to the entry-level utility vehicle category thanks to its timeless, personalized design, optimized interior, and agile handling perfect for everyday use. Additionally, GM Brazil states that the Spark EUV Activ will be offered with a striking color palette inspired by the joyful and diverse spirit of Brazil’s people.

The brand-new 2026 Chevy Spark EUV Activ will be officially launched in Brazil in the coming months, as one of five Chevrolet launches planned for the country this year. It’s worth noting that the manufacturer’s communications strategy for the Brazilian market uses only the Spark name – without the EUV designation – to refer to the vehicle, possibly because the Spark hatchback was never marketed in that country, and the additional badging isn’t required there.
