The 2026 Chevy S10 Z71 is the main model year novelty for the truck in the Argentine domestic market, where the midsize pickup segment is one of the most important in that country. As such, the 2026 S10 Z71 expands the refreshed Chevrolet model’s lineup, which is now more competitive and offers an option for every customer profile.

“The pickup truck segment is one of the largest in the Argentine market and, without a doubt, one of the most competitive. The arrival of this new MY26 S10 includes the sporty Z71 version in its range,” said GM Argentina Commercial Director, Andrés Carfagna. “Chevrolet now offers a lineup that covers the needs of all pickup truck owners, whether for work, travel, daily commutes, or fun,” he added.

In particular, the new 2026 Chevy S10 Z71 launches in Argentina as a mid-level variant complementing the range as the truck’s fourth trim in that country, in addition to adding equipment upgrades that will extend to the entire trim range. The 2026 S10 Z71 not only arrives with new design features as an adventure-focused truck, but also introduces the most comprehensive package of driving aids, which will now come standard across the entire range.

Mechanically, the 2026 Chevy S10 Z71 maintains exactly the same powertrain configuration as the rest of the lineup composed of the new-generation 2.8L I4 Duramax turbo diesel engine that generates 207 horsepower and 510 Nm or 376 pound-feet of torque, coupled to GM’s eight-speed automatic transmission. Due to its off-road focus, this version naturally includes 4WD, allowing it to face any type of terrain.

The new 2026 Chevy S10 Z71 is now available for sale at Chevrolet’s official dealer network in Argentina, becoming one of the brand’s tools to strengthen its commercial momentum and take advantage of growing local demand. Units of the 2026 S10 Z71 and all other trim levels are manufactured at the GM São José dos Campos plan in Brazil, which is responsible for supplying the South American markets. Here is the price of the S10 Z71 in Argentina:

  • 2026 S10 Z71: 55,400,000 pesos (about $49,270 USD at current exchange rates)
