General Motors has announced the 2026 Chevy Corvette in Canada, coinciding with the official debut of the Corvette’s new interior in the United States.
The automaker’s Canadian subsidiary announced the new interior of the 2026 Chevy Corvette, confirming that the sports car’s entire lineup will receive an updated cabin with the arrival of the 2026 model year in the coming months. As such, the updated 2026 Corvette will feature an all-new interior environment that will enhance the driver experience through larger screens, new colors, and greater refinement.
“For over five years, the Corvette has led the luxury sports car segment in sales in Canada, maintaining a clear margin over its nearest competitor,” said Chevrolet Canada’s Brand Director, James Hodge. “With these latest updates, the mid-engine Corvette is set to strengthen its position and continue leading the segment well into the future,” he added.
Specifically, GM Canada has confirmed that the entire 2026 Chevy Corvette lineup in the country will receive the new interior design simultaneously with the American market as the main novelty for the seventh model year of the mid-engine C8 Corvette. This means that the 2026 Corvette Stingray, E-Ray, Z06 and ZR1 variants will all include this major design change, featuring a new three-screen setup and a redesigned console.
Each of the four 2026 Chevy Corvette variants will receive the larger 12.7-inch central multimedia screen, the 14-inch digital cluster, and the new 6.6-inch auxiliary touchscreen to the left of the steering wheel, as well as a redesigned center console that will further improve onboard functionality. The latest-generation hardware integrates seamlessly with improved software in the 2026 Corvette’s Google built-in infotainment system.
In addition, the 2026 Corvette will offer an optional electrochromic glass roof, new interior colorways including an asymmetrical color theme, new high-performance brakes for the Corvette ZR1’s optional ZTK Performance Package and new paint colors, among other things.
Production of the 2026 Chevy Corvette and its new interior will begin this summer and is expected to reach the Canadian market in the second half of this year, a few weeks after the model arrives at U.S. dealerships. Units will continue to be manufactured exclusively at the GM Bowling Green plant in Kentucky to supply North America and all global markets where it is sold.

I am very interested in seeing total Canada sales .
I am very interested in seeing fewer screens in cars.
“larger screens” – exactly what enthusiasts DON’T want
I I’m on my fourth C8 and am Fed up with screens.
I wonder what the car is really like under all that electronic B.S.?
Less screens on all cars and trucks. And give us back navigation, heated and vented seats, adjustable pedals, and a return to switches and buttons.
They say that a cellphone is a distraction.
Designer #1 “Hey, what should we do do with space here…oh, I know, let’s put in some big ass cup holders”
Designer #2 “…and we can add another huge screen up here!”
Average Corvette owner “Just give me round taillights and a stick shift, I don’t put cups in my car cause they spill when I corner, and I don’t need a big screen when I have the windshield.”
I have a 2024 2LT. Once you get familiar with the button rows between the seats it becomes clear this is a better system than more touch screen activation.
