2026 Buick Enclave To Offer These Two New Paint Colors

The Buick Enclave was completely overhauled for the 2025 model year, with the subsequent 2026 Buick Enclave introducing a few notable updates and changes. Among the updates are two new exterior paint options. Now, GM Authority is taking a closer look at the new exterior paint options on offer for the 2026 Buick Enclave.

The 2026 Buick Enclave will offer two new exterior colors.

The 2026 Buick Enclave will offer the following two new exterior paint options (relevant paint codes listed in parentheses):

  • Iridescent White Tricoat (G4J)
  • Stone Metallic (GFR)

Photos of the 2026 Enclave in either of the two new hues are currently unavailable.

Notably, Iridescent White will replace White Frost Tricoat (paint code G1W) and will be available across all three of the Enclave’s trim levels (Preferred, Sport Touring, and Avenir). Meanwhile, Stone Metallic will only be available on the Sport Touring trim, and will require a $495 up-charge.

As GM Authority covered previously, White Frost Tricoat (color code G1W) option is no longer available to order for the 2025-model-year Enclave. White Frost Tricoat was previously available for all three trims, priced at $1,095 for Preferred and ST trims, and $600 for the Avenir trim.

Looking ahead, the start of regular production (SORP) of the 2026 Buick Enclave is set to kick off on July 14th, 2025. Dealers can now configure the 2026 Enclave online and save orders, as GM Authority covered previously. Notably, the 2026 GMC Acadia will also begin rolling off the line on July 14th. Both models will be produced side-by-side at the GM Lansing Delta Township plant, which is located in Michigan.

Under the hood, the 2026 Buick Enclave will once again feature the turbocharged 2.5L I4 LK0 gasoline engine, the same powerplant that motivates the current 2025-model-year crossover. Output is rated at 328 horsepower at 5,500 rpm and 326 pound-feet of torque at 3,500 rpm, all of which is routed through the GM eight-speed automatic transmission. Customers will be able to select either front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with regard to drive type. The GM C1 platform provides the underpinnings.

  2. When will carmakers show some creativity with car colors? It’s just like pc’s. We had boring beige computers for 25 years until they finally dared to try black, and ten more before we had anything colorful to choose from. Women especially would love to have cars come in cheery yellows, teals or purples and soft pastels. Nothing on the road today but black, white and gray. How boring!

    1. From a business case standpoint, white, black, gray, silver, red, and blue combined make up 98% of the colors sold. Many OEMs are choosing not to carry the extra cost required to offer more colors for only 2% of the market. Especially with tariffs, competition from China, and emissions concerns, this probably won’t change any time soon. A customer can always have their vehicle painted aftermarket.

  4. I HAVE NEVER BOUGHT A FOREIGN VEHICLE. BUT THAT MAY CHANGE, DUE TO THE AMERICAN AUTOMAKERS CANNING CARS AND NOT MUCH OF CHOICE TO ANYONE WANTING A CAR TO DRIVE. I DON’T WANT A TRUCK OR SUV. WAKE UP AMERICAN CAR COMPANIES NOT EVERYONE WANTS A TRUCK OR SUV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BESIDES THEY ALL SEEM TO LOOK ALIKE NOT MUCH STLYE. BRING BACK THE DECENT V8’S ALL THIS ADD JUNK ON THE 4 CYLINDERS TO MAKE HEM RATE MORE HORSE POWER, ALL IT DOES IS MAKE THEM NOISY AND NOT AS DRIVEABLE AS A V8. MILEGE ISN’T ALL THAT GREAT EITHER. ONE OTHER THING, WHEN ARE WE GOING TO HAVE BRIGHT COLORS AGAIN? BRIGHT RED, GREEN, ORANGE ETC ETC. DRIVING JUST ISN’T FUN ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  5. This vehicle disappoints me more than many other newly introduced models. The 4 cylinder only engine sucks and is noisy and un-Buick like. The styling is too similar to the Chevy and GMC versions and looks average at best. The base alloy wheels and black plastic trim around the wheels and rockers look rental grade and the interior has lost its warmth and doesn’t look any better than a higher trim Chevy. This is the problem with so many newer entries. They are cutting too many corners and charging a kings ransom for the privilege.
