Yellowstone TV Series 2024 GMC Sierra HD AT4X AEV Edition Headed To Auction In Florida

There’s a GMC truck going to auction via Barrett-Jackson that looks like a pretty typical truck, but there’s something special about it that adds to its value. This 2024 GMC Sierra HD AT4X AEV Edition was featured in the hit TV series Yellowstone, and now it’s up for grabs for fans of the show or the truck.

This truck was driven in Season 6 of Yellowstone by the character Rip Wheeler portrayed by Cole Hauser. Hauser has agreed to autograph the truck in a location of the buyer’s choosing, and an autographed Yellowstone pillow and photos of the truck at Yellowstone Ranch are included in the sale. The odometer shows 6,213 miles.

Other than those special details, this appears to be a stock 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 HD AT4X AEV Edition. It’s in a nice spec with the 6.6L V8 L5P turbodiesel Duramax under the hood, producing 470 horsepower and 975 pound-feet of torque. It’s finished in Onyx Black (GBA) paint with an Obsidian Rush (H9J) full-grain leather interior.

Aimed squarely at off-roader enthusiasts, the 2024 GMC Sierra HD AT4X AEV Edition was developed in collaboration with American Expedition Vehicles, the same company that collaborated on the GMC Sierra 1500 AT4X AEV Edition and GMC Canyon AT4X AEV Edition. As such, the new Sierra HD AT4X AEV takes the off-roader to an even higher level thanks to unique touches like stamped steel bumpers with integrated recovery points and front winch capability.

The HD version of the Sierra AT4X AEV Edition also features heavy-duty steel skid plates to protect vital components like the steering gear and transfer case. In the corners, we see a set of unique 18-inch Salta wheels wrapped in chunky off-road tires. Unique exterior badging and interior cues finish it off, with the latter incorporating AEV logos in the front-seat head restraints and AEV-branded floor liners.

This special Sierra HD AT4X will be auctioned with no reserve at the Barrett-Jackson 2025 Palm Beach auction, which is running from April 24th through April 26th. Proceeds from the auction will go to the Police Officer Assistance Trust (POAT) of Miami-Dade County in Florida.

  2. Never saw it on the show, was it parked in the next county ? Those pillows make it !

  3. They should raffle that off in Montana, where the show was filmed. It messed up the local economy and created a lot of resentment towards Hollywood.
