Although 2023 was the final model year for the Chevy Bolt EV and Chevy Bolt EUV, there are still a few new models on dealer lots. We’ve found three new Bolts for sale in the U.S.: one in Texas and two at the same dealer in Florida.
The Texas one is a 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV LT Redline at Clay Cooley Chevrolet in Irving, Texas. It carries an ambitious asking price of $45,620 despite a $32,275 MSRP. The same dealer has a Chevy Equinox EV and a Chevy Blazer EV (both 2024 models) priced lower than that. In addition to the Redline appearance package, it’s equipped with the Convenience Package, Comfort Package, and Driver Confidence Package, making it a pretty well-equipped Bolt EUV.
Miami Lakes Auto Mall is the Florida dealer with two new Bolt EV models. They’re similarly equipped 2LT units with an identical MSRP of $31,885. One is finished in Summit White, and the other is Tide Metallic, and they both have the Jet Black interior. The dealer only has stock photography, so we can’t tell if they’re identically equipped other than the paint.
The official sales figure for the Chevy Bolt EV and Bolt EUV in the U.S. for Q1 2025 for 13. It appears that these three examples are the last of them before they’re sold out for good. As for the next-generation Chevy Bolt EV, we’re still waiting for official details, but we’re expecting it to debut this year as a 2026 model.
The next-generation Bolt EV will be based on the outgoing Bolt EUV, which is slightly bigger than the Bolt EV. We’re expecting revised exterior styling to bear a family resemblance with the brand’s other EVs, including the Chevy Equinox EV and Chevy Blazer EV crossovers.
To save costs, the 2026 Chevy Bolt EV won’t be a clean-sheet design. It will continue to be supported by the GM BEV2 platform but with newer GM motor and battery technology. GM has confirmed that the next-generation Bolt will be built at the GM Fairfax Assembly plant in Kansas.

Meanwhile, the Chevy Equinox EV will gain new sales as the lowest cost domestic EV, and take away more sales from Tesla than last year. I am now driving a rental Equinox EV from Enterprise and everyone in my family who saw and rode in it loves it.
I was actually looking for a leftover Chevy Bolt last week and called Miami Lakes Automall. The salesperson claimed they did not have any Bolts left. Either the online listing is wrong or they still have them because their salespeople don’t know they are there.
