2025 Cadillac Escalade: Front Fascia Comparison

GM unveiled the refreshed 2025 Cadillac Escalade in July 2024, showing off a long list of updates and changes for the iconic luxury SUV. Among the changes is revised exterior styling, including a completely reworked front fascia. Now, we’re taking a closer look at the six different fascia designs on offer for the 2025 Cadillac Escalade.

The 2025 Cadillac Escalade.

The first fascia design is shared between the Luxury and Premium Luxury trim levels, and includes a black grille framed by a Galvano metallic surround. The grille presents a textured, hexagonal pattern insert, while the headlight bezels are finished in gloss black and the bumper trim uses Galvano accents. The grille emblem is presented in color.

Buyers who option their 2025 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury with the Radiant Package (RPO code PDV) receive a more eye-catching fascia treatment. This setup swaps in a bright sport mesh grille (RPO code SJ9), which replaces the standard insert with a metallic silver finish. The grille surround is Galvano, as is the bumper trim, while the headlight bezels are in gloss black. One of the distinguishing features of the Radiant Package is the black illuminated Cadillac emblem, which replaces the traditional color badge and gives the fascia a little extra flair.

On the sportier side of the lineup, the Sport and Sport Platinum trims share a fascia design incorporating a sleek gloss black mesh grille and matching gloss black surrounds and bumper trim. The headlight bezels are also gloss black, creating a consistent, almost monochrome look for the front end details, which is only broken up by a color grille emblem.

The Premium Luxury Platinum trim takes things a step further with a bright mesh grille and large horizontal slats in the insert, with the grille surrounded by bright Galvano, plus matching bumper trim. The headlight bezels present a Bright finish as well, while the grille emblem remains in its standard full-color form.

Applying the Radiant Package to the Premium Luxury Platinum trim, the fascia incorporates even more changes. The grille is upgraded to the bright sport mesh design (RPO code SJ9), paired with a bright Galvano surround and bumper trim. This configuration also includes bright-finished headlight bezels and a black illuminated emblem.

Finally, stepping up to the high-performance Escalade-V, which is powered by the supercharged 6.2L V8 LT4 engine, we find the most aggressive front fascia design in the 2025 Cadillac Escalade lineup. The look echoes the Sport trims with a gloss black mesh grille and gloss black trim elements across the grille surround, bumper, and headlight bezels. However, the Escalade-V’s bumper design is also more sculpted.

  1. Didn’t buy due to high hood. When will GM & Ford figure out we don’t want hoods that extend straight out from the dashboard with now downslope? Uncomfortable driving position, visibility, etc.
