Mxtrem Maverick Is A C8 Corvette And Jet Fighter Mashup

The C8 Corvette is an impressive performance machine straight from the factory, boasting a sleek, mid-engine design more than capable of turning a few heads. However, for those folks seeking something truly radical, Mxtrem Automobil has unveiled this – an absolutely outrageous custom C8 Corvette aesthetic upgrade called the Maverick. Inspired by fighter jets (obviously), this heavily modified machine transforms the already aggressive Corvette into a road-going military aircraft, complete with aerospace-inspired bodywork and cockpit upgrades.

The Mxtrem Maverick C8 Corvette features a completely reworked body that looks like it was pulled straight from the belly of an aircraft carrier. The front fascia is sharp and angular, with aggressive aerodynamic elements that extend far beyond the original Corvette’s sleek lines. The hood features a raised center section with additional sculpted details, while the headlights are recessed beneath sharp, wing-like extensions. The front bumper incorporates deep, blade-like fins, resembling the control surfaces found on a stealth aircraft.

The sides of the Maverick continue the jet-inspired aesthetic, with sharp-edged panels, aggressive side skirts, and angular intakes. The wheel arches are pronounced, giving the car an even wider stance, while additional venting and panel creases add to the aircraft-inspired aggression. The roofline tapers dramatically toward the rear, creating a fighter jet-like canopy effect.

At the back, the Maverick’s design goes full jet mode with twin afterburner-style exhaust ports that mimic the thrusters of a fighter plane. These circular exhaust tips are housed within a highly sculpted rear fascia, which includes extreme diffuser elements and integrated vertical stabilizers.

According to Mxtrem Automobil, the body kit will be made from carbon fiber. The upgrades continue inside the cockpit, where we see a fighter jet-style control stick positioned on the center console. The steering wheel has also been redesigned, featuring a split-grip yoke-style design, while the center console features an array of toggle switches and rotary controls. Even the floor mats have been inscribed with an etched fighter jet silhouette.

Mxtrem Automobil states that only 12 units of the Maverick C8 Corvette will be produced, and that the fighter jet body kit can be applied to the C8 Stingray, C8 E-Ray, or C8 Z06. While pricing details have not yet been revealed, it’s safe to assume that this highly customized upgrade will include a high-altitude price tag.
