Cadillac is celebrating its racing heritage with a few exclusive variants of its high-performance ICE-based models. One of the latest additions to the brand’s Collector Series is the 2025 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing Petit Pataud Edition, a limited-run package inspired by the 1950 Cadillac Series 61 Coupe that competed in the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The race car, affectionately known as Petit Pataud, lined up alongside another iconic Cadillac entrant, Le Monstre, making history as part of Cadillac’s endurance racing legacy. Now, we’re diving into pricing details for the Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing Petit Pataud Edition package.
Limited at just 50 units, the Petit Pataud Edition is highly exclusive, and bundles together a range of interesting equipment. Pricing, however, doesn’t come cheap.
The 2025 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing Petit Pataud Edition carries an additional price tag of $25,000, making it the single most expensive standalone option available for the 2025 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing. The special-edition package is assigned RPO code ZLZ. Check out additional 2025 CT4-V Blackwing pricing details here.
For reference, the base 2025 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing starts at $63,590, meaning a fully optioned Petit Pataud Edition could easily push the $90,000 mark depending on additional selected features.
While the package is undoubtedly quite expensive, Cadillac ensures owners get a package that combines both performance-focused enhancements and exclusive aesthetic details, including tinted carbon fiber aero components, sueded microfiber-wrapped interior trim, a high-performance steering wheel, and an exclusive exterior color. Check out the full list of package content below (relevant RPO codes listed in parentheses):

Beyond the aesthetic and aerodynamic enhancements, this Collector Series model remains mechanically identical to the standard 2025 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing, packing the twin-turbocharged 3.6L V6 LF4 engine producing 472 horsepower and 445 pound of torque. The powertrain is paired with either the Tremec six-speed manual transmission or GM’s 10-speed automatic, with power exclusively sent to the rear wheels. The GM Alpha 2 platform provides the underpinnings.
Production takes place at the GM Lansing Grand River Assembly plant in Michigan, with new units expected to ship to dealers by the end of May, 2025.

Beautiful car, but strange name- “Little Clumsy”?
“Lumpish”
Slap some geegaws and decals on it and charge a Corolla for it? In 10 years this car, like most GM, Corvette excepted, will be at a Walmart parking lot with four kids and an opiate addicted mother screaming into a Boost Mobile Phone at one of three baby daddies to being her diaper money.
Since the Petit Pataud Edition bundles so many pkgs and options, once you factor in the cost for them all, plus the cost of the paint, you’re not paying much extra for the Petit Pataud Edition.
See what Rolls Royce is doing with their million-dollar high-end builds, and then you might make the big bucks with special editions.
Right. And then hit up the customers with subscription services for on star. Just another money maker for GM
Now you know why GM is turning into a dumpster fire.
