The 2026 Chevy Equinox carries over mostly unchanged compared to the all-new 2025 model year, introducing only a handful of modest updates. Among these is a revised paint options list, as GM Authority covered previously. Now, GM Authority has uncovered full pricing information for the 2026 Chevy Equinox, including all of the options and packages on offer.
Among the most expensive available options on offer is the Convenience Package II (RPO code ZQ3), which costs $2,050 and is exclusive to the LT trim, adding in a suite of premium features, such as an eight-way power driver seat, Rainsense front wipers, dual-zone automatic climate control, and wireless device charging. Another major upgrade is the power panoramic sunroof (RPO code CAJ), priced at $1,645 for the LT and $1,495 for the Activ and RS trims.
For those customers looking for a custom appearance, the Midnight Edition (RPO code WN5) costs $1,045 when ordered without the sunroof, or $895 when paired with the sunroof. Available on the LT trim, this package gives the Equinox a blacked-out aesthetic, including dark badging, a unique Black grille and mesh, and a set of Black-painted 19-inch wheels. Meanwhile, the Convenience Package III (RPO code ZL4) is available on the Activ and RS trims for $950, further enhancing the higher-end models with additional premium features, including an eight-way power front passenger seat, ventilated front seats, and heated rear outboard seats.
Beyond these top-tier options, buyers can also opt for aesthetic and performance-related upgrades such as 19-inch or 20-inch wheels, premium paint finishes, and interior accessories.

As for what’s under the hood, the 2026 Equinox is once again motivated by the turbocharged 1.5L I4 LSD gasoline engine, which produces 175 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque when paired with a CVT in front-wheel-drive models. In all-wheel-drive configurations, the Equinox is equipped with the GM eight-speed automatic transmission, while engine torque is increased to 203 pound-feet.
Production of the 2026 Chevy Equinox is scheduled to begin on March 17th, 2025, at GM’s San Luis Potosà plant in Mexico.

I would like to see a convenience package 1 and II with the former offering a power seat and tailgate with the base cloth seats for under 1000 bucks and the latter being what is currently offered for $2040 for the vinyl seat crowd. Consumers should not have to be forced into vinyl seats and options they don’t need just to get a power seat or tailgate.
You engineers still didn’t learn you to up your horsepower, to with your competitors!
The price of an Equinox just increased by THOUSANDS of dollars, when the idiot in charge slapped his 25% tariff on every Equinox, doesn’t matter which package you get, the price is going to go up,up and up.
Not to worry, I’m sure you want the Equinox EV anyway.
I think your sex change operation went up THOUSANDS of dollars to.
GMC needs to get there act together for Terrain pricing
Put a V6 in it and I will buy one, I do not want a electric razor motor in my vehicle.
