Business owners looking to expand their fleet with the all-electric 2025 Chevy BrightDrop can take advantage of a new special rebate offer through Costco. The Costco Auto Program is now offering members up to $3,000 in savings across the BrightDrop lineup, enabling customers to combine this rebate with other GM incentives for an even bigger discount. The offer applies to both the short-wheelbase BrightDrop 400 and the longer-wheelbase BrightDrop 600.
Eligible Costco members can redeem the new Chevy BrightDrop incentive by registering at CostcoAuto.com, where they will receive a certificate and promo code. Customers must then bring their code to a participating Chevrolet dealership to apply the savings. Customers will need to be Costco members as of February 23rd, 2025 and take delivery of their vehicle by the end of April, 2025 in order to qualify.
In addition to the all-electric BrightDrop delivery vans, Costco is also offering discounts on several other electrified General Motors models. These include the Chevy Silverado EV, GMC Sierra EV, Chevy Blazer EV, Chevy Equinox EV, GMC Hummer EV, and the C8 Corvette E-Ray. What’s more, the C8 Stingray is also eligible for similar savings, as covered previously.
Meanwhile, GM is continuing to expand the BrightDrop’s capabilities with the launch of the forthcoming 2026 model year. As previously reported, the 2026 Chevy BrightDrop lineup will introduce a third battery option, namely a 16-module pack with 206 miles of range, slotting between the Standard Range 14-module pack with 176 miles of range and the Max Range 20-module pack with 286 miles of range.
Motor performance remains unchanged for the 2026 model year. Units of the BrightDrop 400 and 600 equipped with front-wheel drive continue to incorporate a single-motor powertrain setup generating 233 horsepower and 300 pound-feet of torque. Meanwhile, Chevy BrightDrop variants equipped with a dual-motor system dole out upwards of 300 horsepower and 390 pound-feet of torque.
Production of the 2026 Chevy BrightDrop will get under way in July at the GM CAMI Assembly plant in Ontario, Canada.
Comments
Dealer in Fort Payne, Alabama has $30,000 off of MSRP and no takers. GM could have invested in a new Express and sold all they built but no. They invest in this nonsense that no one wants.
Bright Drop, they should change the name to Dark Doge. The Government just killed the EV mail trucks.

What’s the MSRP?
