The 2025 Cadillac CT4 represents the sixth model year of the CT4, for which it receives a few small changes and updates. Today, we’re taking a detailed look at everything that’s new and different about the 2025 CT4 compared to the 2024 model.
Model Cadence
The 2025 CT4 follows the 2020 CT4, which was the nameplate’s introductory year, followed by a few small changes and updates to the 2021 CT4, 2022 CT4 , 2023 CT4 and the 2024 CT4. Its’ worth noting that, as of this writing, the CT4 has not received a refresh, unlike its larger relative, the CT4, which was thoroughly updated for the 2025 model year.
Model Line
The model line doesn’t see any changes for 2025, continuing with three trim levels across a single four-door sedan body style (product code in parenthesis):
- Luxury (6DB69)
- Premium Luxury (6DC69)
- Sport (6DD69)
The 2025 Cadillac CT4 family also includes two high performance variants – the 2025 CT4-V and 2025 CT4-V Blackwing. We will address the changes to the V-Series models in a separate article.
Exterior
The exterior of the 2025 Cadillac CT4 sees three color-related changes. Namely, this includes the deletion of the Midnight Steel Metallic (GXU) color and the addition of Deep Space Metallic (GAI) and Typhoon Metallic (GBW).

Midnight Steel Metallic (deleted)

Deep Space Metallic (new for 2025)

Typhoon Metallic (new for 2025)
Interior
No changes are made to the interior, with the cabin featuring the same eight-inch diagonal center stack display and a standard gauge cluster with dual digital Driver Information Center display, which is upgradeable to a 12-inch diagonal HD color reconfigurable display.
The same four interior colorways remain on offer as for 2024, including:
- Jet Black with Jet Black accents
- Whisper Beige with Jet Black accents
- Cinnamon with Jet Black accents
- Sangria with Jet Black accents
Packages
The final change is to the packaging of the Super Cruise hands-free driver assistant. Specifically, Super Cruise could be optioned by selecting one of two packages for the 2024 model year: the Super Cruise 1 Package (WK7) or the Super Cruise 2 Package (WKA). The difference is that the Super Cruise 1 package did not require the Technology Package (CWM), while Super Cruise 2 included it. For the 2025 model year, there are no longer two packages, with Super Cruise 2 Package becoming renamed to Super Cruise Package (while keeping the WKA RPO code).
The Super Cruise Package (WKA) is available only on Premium Luxury and Sport trims, and is not available on the base Luxury trim
Mechanical
GM did not make changes to the powertrain of the 2025 Cadillac CT5. This means that the two turbocharged four-cylinder gasoline engines (LSY and L3B) remain on offer with the same power and torque ratings as before, along with the same transmissions as before. Rear-wheel-drive is standard, while all-wheel-drive is optional with both engine options.
Model | Engine | Fuel | Aspiration | Transmission | Drivetrain | Power (hp / kW @ RPM) | Torque (lb-ft / Nm @ RPM) | Axle Ratio |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
350T | 2.0L LSY I-4 | Gasoline | Turbocharged | 8-Speed Automatic (MHA) | RWD or AWD | 237 / 177 @ 5000 | 258 / 350 @ 1500-4000 | 2.85 |
500T | 2.7L L3B I-4 | Gasoline | Turbocharged | 10-Speed Automatic (MQA) | RWD or AWD | 310 / 231 @ 5500 | 350 / 475 @ 1500-4000 | 2.85 |
The updates and changes described here are specific to the U.S. market and may be different for other markets.
Where To From Here?
And that’s everything that’s different for the 2025 Cadillac CT4 compared to the 2024 model. Looking ahead, we expect the CT4 to run for the 2025 and 2026 model years, after which point the model will likely be discontinued. As GM Authority was first to report, Cadillac is working on at least two sedan-like electric models, but from what we know thus far, they will be larger than the CT4. We’ll be right here to bring you the latest info as we get it, so be sure to subscribe to GM Authority for the latest Cadillac CT4 news, Cadillac news, and 24/7 GM news.

Frankly, I think the CT4 looks better than the CT5.
Shame it’s the smaller car.
If that had been the bigger model, I would’ve snapped it up.
It really looks like a baby CT6 — before it was discontinued.
Gm needs to make a full size sedan , like the Fleetwood we keep seeing on the internet , which Alex told me was not true
Or an Eldorado
