Specialty Vehicles Engineering (SVE) has debuted its first-ever Yenko/SC variant of the Chevy Silverado HD. The 2025 Yenko/SC Silverado HD Off-Road is a supercharged full-size pickup with 1,000 horsepower and many other upgrades and options that improve its on-road performance and off-road capability. It’s available for the Silverado 2500 or Silverado 3500 in Double Cab and Crew Cab configurations, but 4-wheel drive is required, and you can’t get one as a dually.
Under the hood lies a supercharged 6.8L V8, which appears to be a bored-out version of a 6.2L V8 L87 like the one in the 1,000-hp variant of SVE’s Sport Edition GMC Sierra. Other engine upgrades, in addition to the supercharger system, include a forged 4340 steel crankshaft, forged aluminum pistons, upgraded cylinder heads, an upgraded fuel system, and a Boost-By-Wire control system. It’s available with either a 91-octane or 93-octane calibration, making it easier to find premium pump gas that works with the truck.
The performance upgrades don’t stop with the engine. This truck also has a stainless steel cat-back dual exhaust system, Yenko-badged 8-piston front brakes, a heavy-duty rear sway bar assembly, and Nitto off-road performance tires. An optional BDS 5-inch lift kit with Fox performance shocks and 35-inch tires is available.
A few exterior upgrades enhancing the truck’s personality include Yenko crest badges on the fenders, front grille, and tailgate, “Yenko Off Road” graphics on the bed, and “1000HP” badges on the cowl and tailgate. Step inside, and you’ll find Yenko branding on the floor mats, seats, and sill plates.
On models with factory chrome exterior trim, SVE can switch it to body-color bumpers and door handles as well as black window trim. Another extra option is retractable side steps, which would be handy if you opt for the 5-inch lift kit.
SVE has been offering upgrade packages for the Chevy Silverado 1500 for years, but this is the first time performance truck buyers can get a Yenko/SC Silverado HD. As for the 1500, SVE offers a Yenko/SC Lowered model for the slammed, sporty look, and there’s the Yenko/SC Off-Road with a lift kit, beefy tires, and a sport bar with auxiliary lighting. Yenko/SC Chevy Tahoe and Chevy Suburban variants are also available.

In the maintenance book it can say 30-60-90 mile service: replace transmission
I gave up on Chevy after my Silverado bad lifter afm blew the engine left us nothing to drive , but still have a payment, but that new 1000 hp 2500 Silverado would be a dream , anyways back to reality working on this used war out ford truck trying to get on the road.
I’ve thinking of getting a new truck and worried about the cylinder deactivation junk. Luckily, I haven’t had issues with it on my Ram or Camaro. At least the GM and Ford HD’s don’t use that junk.
