About Chevrolet Suburban
The refreshed 2025 Chevy Suburban arrives as the fifth model year of the 12th-generation extended-length full-size SUV. The updated model features a new exterior and interior design, a wealth of new tech features, a revised diesel engine option, and a large array of standard features across the various trim levels. The refreshed model’s lights finally go all-LED, modernizing the lighting technology used at the rear of the vehicle.
It also receives nine additional wheel combinations, including 24-inch wheel options. Here are the 2025 Suburban paint colors, the interior colorways, and available wheels.
Notably, the 2025 Suburban is America’s only SUV with this family-friendly feature.
Updated tech features include new trailering assists and the vaunted GM Super Cruise semi-autonomous driver assistance feature, with ordering of equipped units beginning on February 17th.
The new 3.0L I6 LZ0 turbodiesel Duramax engine delivers more power and torque than the outgoing 3.0L I6 LM2 turbodiesel and will be available in the Z71 trim level for 2025, with ordering beginning for the Duramax on March 3rd.
Additionally, the refreshed Suburban gets updated engine availability on several trims and suspension improvements.
Pricing uncovered for the 2025 Suburban shows nearly all trim levels being several thousand dollars more expensive than their 2024-model-year equivalent. Here is pricing with options and packages.
Super Cruise and the diesel engine are now available to order, but the Connected Camera system feature has mysteriously vanished.
The online configurator tool is live for the 2025 Suburban, and still live for the 2024 Suburban.

Comments
Naturally, deals are coming because of MSRP and options. GM has lost their collective minds with large SUV and pickup pricing. I suggest that GM add more content as standard in the LS model without a price increase. Begin by making the power lift gate standard. It cannot be tolerated by seniors in manual configuration. Why should cloth loving people have to shell out nearly another 10K to move up the model ladder? Standard equip the LS Tahoe and Sub with 20 ” wheels and tires. The 18″ rims look ridiculous and the tires are crap. GM, you say that will eat too deep into your already huge profits ? Equip LS models with silver steel wheels and a center cap as in years past. P.S.-All Wagoneers now have as standard a power liftgate.
gm has lost it’s mind.
Stop your whining.
If you can’t afford it move on.
Purchase something you can afford.
You the terrible ?
Maybe, you should learn to read. His question was, why should I be penalized because I like cloth? He was complaining the package content not the price. Do you always run your mouth without thinking?
Guest, “why should cloth loving people have to shell out nearly another 10K to move up the model ladder ?”
Sounds like he’s whining about the package price to me.
Guest, in the event that you have trouble with your reading comprehension 10K means $10,000.
That is why they made the Traverse bigger. Now the Tahoe/Suburban is targeted at rich middle-upper class….
Or why not save money and get a well maintained USED MODEL?
Just buy the damn thing! For the 2025 Z71 you’ll pay $67670 in payments plus signing, but if you purchase outright it will be $73,495. That’s a $5825 more if you just purchase outright!
In Central America, they sell the Trailblazer 4×4 below the Tahoe and Suburban. Buyers who cannot afford the Tahoe/Suburban (vast majority of those countries actually) will opt for the Trailblazer 4×4.
Yet all you get is a crossover with a “name” NOT A REAL Body on Frame Truck that is still sold in Latin America……
who the heck can afford this? over a thousand dollar per month lease?
Joe G. and Ivan apparently can since they criticize people who are too smart to waste money .
People who are smart will not buy these new SUVs. They would go for a Trax or something similar that saves fuel…..
