The 2026 Cadillac Vistiq got its big reveal this past November, dropping in as Caddy’s all-new, all-electric three-row crossover. As GM Authority covered previously, Cadillac Vistiq production was originally scheduled to kick off this month. Now, the 2026 Vistiq’s energy consumption ratings have been released in Canada.
For the moment, U.S. energy consumption ratings for the 2026 Cadillac Vistiq have not been published by the EPA. Nevertheless, the Canadian energy consumption ratings are expected to more or less mirror those for the U.S.-spec model. While the Canadian energy consumption ratings are in metric, converting the figures to Imperial numbers is a straightforward calculation.
Looking over the figures, we find the 2026 Cadillac Vistiq posts 22.5 kWh/100 km in the city, 26.9 kWh/100 km on the highway, and 24.4 kWh/100 km combined. Converting these figures to miles, we get 36 kWh/100 miles city, 43 kWh/100 miles highway, and 39 kWh/100 miles combined.
The figures also provide us with a look at the “fuel consumption equivalent” in miles, or approximately how many miles the EV crossover can travel using the amount of energy equivalent to that of one gallon of gasoline. The city fuel consumption equivalent for the 2026 Cadillac Vistiq is set at 94 MPGe, highway fuel consumption equivalent is 78 MPGe, and combined fuel consumption equivalent is 87 MPGe.
Finally, range-per-charge is rated at 491 km (305 miles) with the 11.5 kW charger, and 484 km (300 miles) with the 19.2 kW charger.
Metric | U.S. Conversion | |
---|---|---|
City Energy Consumption | 22.5 kWh/100 km | 36 kWh/100 mi |
Highway Energy Consumption | 26.9 kWh/100 km | 43 kWh/100 mi |
Combined Energy Consumption | 24.4 kWh/100 km | 39 kWh/100 mi |
City Fuel Consumption Equivalent | 2.5 Le/100 km | 94 MPGe |
Highway Fuel Consumption Equivalent | 3.0 Le/100 km | 78 MPGe |
Combined Fuel Consumption Equivalent | 2.7 Le/100 km | 87 MPGe |
Range with 11.5 kW Charger | 491 km | 305 mi |
Range with 19.2 kW Charger | 483 km | 300 mi |
Looking over a list of energy consumption ratings for several larger all-electric crossovers, we find the 2026 Cadillac Vistiq to be particularly efficient, with a lower energy consumption rate than the 2025 Volvo EX90 Performance (40 kWh/100 miles, 310 miles per charge), the 2025 BMW iX M60 (44 kWh/100 miles, 285 miles per charge), and the 2025 Mercedes-AMG EQE 4MATIC+ (46 kWh/100 miles, 230 miles per charge).
