The much-anticipated 2026 Cadillac Lyriq-V is finally coming soon. GM Authority was the first to report back in 2023 that the V-Series model would offer two trims (although we called them appearances at the time). Now, we have the official data on the two trims, Lyriq-V and Lyriq-V Premium, and what comes with each.
Before we get into the differences, it’s worth noting just how well-equipped every Lyriq-V will be from the factory, even at its base level. Here are a few of the standard features in both trims:
- Super Cruise
- Dual-plane Augmented Reality head-up display
- AKG Studio 23-speaker sound system
- Infotainment experience with 33-inch LED display
- Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
- Tri-zone automatic climate control
- Power-adjustable front seats with seatback and cushion bolster adjustment
- Heated, ventilated, and massaging front seats
- Heated outboard rear seats
- Heated steering wheel
- Hands-free power liftgate
- 22-inch Triple 6-Spoke Reverse Rim alloy wheels with Satin Graphite finish
- 275/40R22 summer or all-season tires
- Brembo performance front brakes
- Continuous Damping Control suspension
- Trailering provisions
With that out of the way, here’s a breakdown of the differences between the two trims of the 2026 Cadillac Lyriq-V:
RPO Code | Lyriq-V | Lyriq-V Premium | |
---|---|---|---|
Equipment Group | 1SV | 1SM | |
Fixed glass roof with power sunshade | CFD | S | - |
Dual-panel power panoramic sunroof with power sunshade | CAJ | - | S |
Nappa Leather Package | PCH" | - | S |
Inteluxe seats / Noir with Santorini Blue accents | H7D | S | - |
Full leather seats / Noir with Sky Cool Gray accents | ELK | - | A |
Full leather seats / Oxford Stone with Garnet accents | ELT | - | A |

Alloy accented pedals | JF5 | - | S |
11.5 kW charging module | K28 | S | - |
19.2 kW charging module | K2O | - | S |
Interestingly, there are no exterior styling differences at all (unless you count the sunroof as an exterior feature). The Lyriq-V Premium doesn’t even get special wheels. If you get the Lyriq-V Premium, other people will only know it if they look inside and see those lovely Nappa leather seats in either Noir with Sky Cool Gray accents or Oxford Stone with Garnet accents.
The Cadillac Lyriq-V is powered by a dual-motor powertrain juiced by a 102 kWh lithium-ion battery pack. This configuration delivers 615 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque, allowing the Lyriq-V to rocket from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.3 seconds with Velocity Max mode activated.
Under the skin, the Cadillac Lyriq-V rides on the GM BEV3 platform, the same architecture that underpins the standard Lyriq. Pricing starts at $79,990, while production will take place at the GM Spring Hill Assembly plant in Tennessee.
