Two months after announcing Cadillac’s refreshed full-size SUV in the Middle East, General Motors has just confirmed the official arrival of the 2025 Cadillac Escalade in the region.
The automaker’s African subsidiary announced the arrival of the new 2025 Cadillac Escalade to Middle East countries, starting with the United Arab Emirates this week and gradually rolling out to the rest of the countries in the region. As such, the refreshed 2025 Escalade has begun to win over customers with substantial upgrades, including a more sophisticated exterior design and an all-new interior with next-generation technologies.
“The iconic 2025 Cadillac Escalade has officially arrived in the region, making quite the statement in showrooms,” said GM Africa and Middle East in a statement. “The luxury vehicle brings both interior and exterior enhancements, exhibiting an elevated design alongside enhanced technology offerings. These unmissable statements include a curved pillar-to-pillar 55-inch total diagonal display, 24-inch wheels and an illuminated front crest,” the company added.
As the luxury brand previewed in December, the refreshed 2025 Cadillac Escalade arrives in the Middle East with a launch line-up comprised of five distinctive trims across Premium Luxury, Sport, Premium Luxury Platinum, Sport Platinum and V-Series trim levels. All come standard with a class-leading suite of technology and safety features, maximized on the range-topping Platinum and V-Series trims.
Mechanically, the refreshed 2025 Cadillac Escalade comes standard with the naturally aspirated 6.2L V8 L87 engine that produces 420 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque. The 2025 Escalade V-Series adds the supercharged 6.2L V8 LT4 engine with 682 horsepower and 653 pound-feet of torque as the most powerful variant in the range. Both engines come mated exclusively to GM’s 10-speed automatic transmission.
The new 2025 Cadillac Escalade is now available for sale at Cadillac dealerships in the UAE and will be progressively rolled out to key countries in the Middle East over the coming weeks. All units include the massive 55-inch pillar-to-pillar curved display, AKG Studio audio system with up to 36 speakers, 8-inch digital command center, advanced driving assist systems and many other options.

GM as a whole are having major issues right now. I ordered a 2025 Escalade on December 14, 2024,,,Cadillac still as of Feb 25 hasn’t picked up the order. NO timeline for build in sight! dealer told me the same issues across all GM build,,, engines failing, supply chain issues, GM is basically in a holding pattern waiting to see if tariffs will hit them! So much for “build your own” process.
I wonder if they will issue a stop sale on the 6.2s….maybe that is a sign…..
I would NOT be surprised if they recall the 6.2s short time this year.
In Qatar the 2025 Escalade has already landed….
THEN again, other mfgs also are having problems. Pick your poison.
I think part of your frustration stems from dealers not explaining the process to customers correctly. Lets say your order a 4WD Sport Platinum with X, Y, and Z options. Not only do you have to wait for “your turn” at the dealership (who knows how many were placed ahead of you), but then you have to wait for a Sport Platinum trim level to also be allocated to the dealer. AND they have to have been allo0cated options X, Y, Z as well.
Honestly to have only had an order with a dealer for 2 months doesn’t seem that long to me. There was only one allocation cycle in December and January – and your order was placed after the December consensus.
I say all of that to say – dealers, in general, need to do a better job explaining the process to customers. It would prevent a lot of headaches on both ends.
In Qatar we only get what is ordered. There is a buy online option to customize but we don’t get much choices…
Oh yea I didn’t realize you were overseas. Same thing for us in the USA with Toyota and Lexus.
Yes. Toyota has the Seqouia but that seems to have lost cargo space. We got the Seqouia here but after 2016 they discontinued it….I guess price overlapped too much with the Land Cruiser and probably the GMC/Chevrolet SUVs selling well that time did not help…
As for the LCs and Lexus LXs we get here now, we have certain configurations, customization wize I am not sure….you can add options, but things seem to be fairly set.
For customization you need to go to Japan for that (as in, Japanese dealerships….)..but not many buy Land Cruisers or LXs there anyway.
