Here’s Your Chance To Enjoy Fried Chicken And Caviar Aboard The 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ

Cadillac’s latest promotion for the all-new Cadillac Escalade IQ is a bit unconventional. Those lucky enough to get a reservation can have a luxury dining experience at COQODAQ in New York City, but with a catch. Instead of getting a table, you eat inside of the Escalade IQ.

This might sound odd, but the point is to promote the Executive Second Row Seating option in the Escalade IQ. This package upgrades the second-row accommodations with heating, ventilating, and massaging functions, headrest speakers as part of the AKG Studio Reference 40-speaker audio system, and, most importantly for a dining experience, large stowable tray tables.

“The best seat in the house takes on a new meaning with the available Executive Second Row Seating in the ESCALADE IQ. Whether you’re out on a drive or dining at the most sought-after restaurants, we wanted to reinvent the possibilities of where a Cadillac can take you,” said Cadillac interior design manager Craig Sass. “Premium materials throughout the second row provide exceptional comfort, while cutting-edge technology enhances convenience. This blend of elegance and functionality creates the most luxurious captain’s chairs ever offered in an Escalade, delivering an unparalleled experience for consumers.”

COQODAQ (don’t ask us how to pronounce it) is a trendy Korean fusion restaurant known for its fried chicken and caviar, most famous in New York for its “Golden Nugget.”

The seatings for the Cadillac Escalade IQ promotion take place on Friday, January 31st and Saturday, February 1st. There will be five seatings per night, only for parties of two. If you and your date in the second row have a driver, he’s on his own for dinner. You can reserve a “table” on Resy.com, available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Look for Friday reservation availability to open up on January 27th at 10 AM ET here and Saturday reservation to start on January 28th here.

We reported last month that Cadillac Escalade IQ deliveries began in mid-December, but there probably still aren’t very many in the hands of owners right now. Therefore, competition will likely be low for these dinner reservations. If you’re a lucky owner of an Escalade IQ and live in New York City, it’s worth a shot.
