Moving beyond the Chevy Express colors, pricing for the 2025 Express starts at $43,695 for the Express 2500 Cargo variant and ranges up to a base MSRP of $48,445 for the Express 3500 Extended Cargo. Prices are somewhat higher for the Passenger van configurations, with the Express 2500 LS Passenger priced at $49,245 and the Express 3500 Extended LT Passenger setup starting at $52,945.
These prices include a $1,895 destination freight charge. Numerous options and optional packages can also be ordered for the van. For the 2025 model year, the AM/FM stereo with MP3 player and USB port (RPO code U0H) is being eliminated as an audio system option. Meanwhile, the vehicle gets the dealer-installed Rearview Camera Mirror (RPO code 5BJ) as a $675 option. The official configurator for the model is currently live.
As a reminder, the 2025 Chevy Express is motivated by two powerplant choices, namely the naturally aspirated 4.3L V6 LV1 gasoline engine rated at 276 horsepower and 298 pound-feet of torque as standard, and the optional 6.6L V8 L8T developing 401 horsepower and 464 pound-feet of torque.
The Express is underpinned by the GMT 610 platform, shared with the GMC Savana, while production takes place at the GM Wentzville plant in Missouri. The Express Cutaway is also produced by Navistar at a separate facility in Ohio.
Comments
At this point, it is a national treasure.
I would trade my 2023 tomorrow for a base 2025 Express Cargo with a V8, but sadly you can’t get it. In a year from now they will offer more options on the base model.
What’s with this allotment program? Why can’t dealers order what someone wants?
Why do dealers have to wait for GM to tell them what they can order? Someone please explain this to me. Come on gmauthority, what gives?
What a wide color scheme. Henry Ford would be so proud.
Rabbi…For shame. Taking Henry Ford’s name in Vain!😮
