The 2025 Cadillac Escalade-V interior gets an overhaul as part of the model year’s mid-cycle refresh, including a completely new, chunkier steering wheel with V-series badging and a huge 55-inch coast-to-coast infotainment display. The Cadillac Escalade-V interior colorways are also updated for 2025.
Just two 2025 Cadillac Escalade-V interior colorways are on offer for the new model year, one of which is different from the 2024 model’s choices. In addition. the introduction of new carbon-fiber trim for 2025 replaces the previous Zebra wood trim for the high-performance Escalade-V as well as its standard counterpart.
The Jet Black 2025 Cadillac Escalade-V interior continues to be an option, though with carbon fiber trim as noted. The other colorway, Sheer Gray with Jet Black accents, replaces the formerly available Dark Auburn with Jet Black accents. The following table shows the Cadillac Escalade-V interior options now offered to buyers:
Interior | Seats | Trim | Color Code | Escalade-V |
---|---|---|---|---|
Jet Black | Full Semi-Aniline Leather with Mondrian Quilting | Haumea Carbon Fiber | HIZ | A |
Sheer Gray with Jet Black accents | Full Semi-Aniline Leather with Faceted Quilting | Haumea Carbon Fiber | EH5 | A |
The refresh that debuts new 2025 Cadillac Escalade-V interior hues also sees the luxury performance SUV’s exterior paint color lineup receive an update. Black Diamond Tricoat (color code GLK) and Dark Emerald Metallic (color code G6N) are both axed for 2025. While the regular Escalade gets two more colors as indirect replacements, the Escalade-V gets one, Aegean Stone (color code GBD).
The 2025 Escalade-V equips the GM Super Cruise semi-autonomous driver assistance system as standard, while wearing an illuminated grille badge and riding on 24-inch wheels. Pricing for the Escalade-V starts at $161,990, or $164,990 for the extended-length Cadillac Escalade-V ESV variant.
Under the hood, the 2025 Cadillac Escalade-V cradles the powerful supercharged 6.2L V8 LT4 gasoline engine rated at a hard-charging 682 horsepower and 653 pound-feet of torque. All-wheel drive is standard, while the GM 10-speed automatic transmission handles cog swaps.
GM is upping production numbers for the Escalade-V during the 2025 model year to meet strong demand, while less Luxury trim SUVs will be built instead. The GM T1 platform underpins the vehicle, with production taking place at the GM Arlington plant in Texas.

Ugh. How about something warm, interesting or creative? And to think some unimaginative color blind hack makes hundreds of thousands of dollars a year to pick white and black. 200K for a truck with the same options as a Malibu. Ridiculous! Actually I should be careful what I wish for because whenever GM decides to get creative with colors it’s eye bleach like cacti, accelerate yellow, habenero, caffeine, typhoon, drift and hysteria.
That’s hilarious. Black or white for GM’s most expensive luxury vehicle.
There are 13 interior color choices and 25 exterior colors for a Land Rover Range Rover. I don’t see the Escalade as a competitor for the RR but since GM prices it as if it is, it’s worth pointing out.
Does it hurt GM to go all in on Cadillac since the automaker is going globally more so than ever as a tier 1 luxury brand? IMO, there should be a level of some type of customization for a vehicle costing close to $200K with all the options. More interior color choices and paint options should be appreciated.
But luckily for GM, customers don’t seem to mind or care because the V Slade is all over the place and I see one to two almost every week anymore.
I have a new 2025 Range Rover and a new 2025 Escalade V that arrives in a week. I would guess the 90% of Ranger Rovers have black or light interior. My sense is you would have a lot of people choose cognac or brown. It’s just what people want that spend $175k on an American SUV.
