As is the case every year, General Motors participates in summer automotive marketing events in Argentina, and this time around, it’s promoting the updated Chevy pickup lineup in the South American country.
The automaker’s Argentine subsidiary announced its official participation in the main marketing events of the 2025 summer season in Argentina, with the opening of Chevrolet stands in the towns of Cariló and Pinamar – two of the most visited tourist destinations on the Argentine coast. On this occasion, GM Argentina is focusing on promoting the renewed Chevy pickup portfolio that covers the compact, midsize and full-size segments for the first time.
“The summer season is always a special opportunity to get closer to our customers and share our latest developments with them,” said Marketing Manager of GM Argentina, Patricio Verdura. “In this edition, we not only have a wide range of vehicles to showcase, but we are also pleased to offer them an off-road driving experience, as well as a free technical check-up of their vehicles and other activations that showcase Chevrolet’s technology and commitment to innovation,” he added.
In particular, during the summer of 2025, the company is promoting the recently expanded and renewed Chevy pickup line in Argentina, made up of the compact-sized Chevy Montana, the mid-sized Chevy S10, and the recently launched full-size Chevy Silverado as the bowtie brand’s flagship truck. The three models arrived in the country in recent months and are in full commercial deployment in the Argentine market.
The Chevrolet stand in Cariló will be open to the public every day from January 1st to March 4th in the town’s shopping center, where visitors will be able to see the brand’s main models up close. In addition to the Chevy pickup line, the Chevy Tracker, the Chevy TrailBlazer SUV and the new Chevy Blazer EV – the brand’s first fully electric vehicle launched in Argentina – are also on display.
The brand’s stand in Pinamar will be open from January 10th to March 1st on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. There, customers will be able to enjoy the Chevrolet Journeys test drive program with the Chevy pickup line and exclusive off-road tours in the Silverado, S10 and TrailBlazer models. Visitors will receive personalized attention to learn about the details of the brand’s products and technologies, as well as free check-ups of their Chevy vehicles.
