Cadillac Escalade IQ Deals In January 2025: Local Market Leases

In January 2025, Cadillac Escalade IQ deals remain sparse on the luxury marque’s first-ever all-electric full-size SUV, consisting of just local market leases for the moment.

Note that the 2025 Escalade IQ does not qualify for the $7,500 U.S. EV tax credit or even the partial $3,750 credit because the starting price exceeds the $80,000 maximum set by the Clean Vehicle Credit rules.

About Cadillac Escalade IQ

The new all-electric 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ debuts as the luxury marque’s flagship EV offering, available in four trim levels – Luxury 1, Sport 1, Luxury 2, and Sport 2.

The cabin space is dominated by a curved pillar-to-pillar 55-inch LED display, featuring ClimateSense five-zone automatic climate control and a 19-speaker AKG Studio audio system, with the option to raise the number to 40 speakers with an available package, and GM Super Cruise semi-autonomous driver assist technology.

Additional packages include Executive Second Row Seating, a Rear Seat Entertainment System, and Smart Trailering. An Autosense hands-free power liftgate is standard, as are fixed running boards, with power-deployable boards unavailable.

Here are the 2025 Escalade IQ paint colors and interior colorways, along with optional two-tone paint treatment and up to 24-inch wheels. The larger wheels are included in the Onyx and Radiant Packages.

All-wheel drive is standard, underpinned by the GM BT1 platform, motivated by GM battery technology and GM drive motors. A GM-estimated range of 460 miles is available on a full charge, while the dual motors, powered by a 24-module, 200 kWh battery pack, producing 750 horsepower and 785 pound-feet of torque. That sends the SUV from a standstill to 60 mph in less than five seconds, while providing up to 8,000 pounds of towing capability.

Additionally, 800-volt DC quick-charge capabilities add upwards of 100 miles of range in just 10 minutes, and vehicle-to-home (V2H) bidirectional charging is available. The battery alone costs an estimated $22,450, or up to a sixth of the vehicle’s total price

The new SUV rides on a fully independent suspension with Magnetic Ride Control 4.0 and Adaptive Air Ride Suspension, enabling the body to be lowered by as much as two inches and raised by one inch. There’s also standard four-wheel steering, allowing for a low 39.4-foot turning diameter, and Cadillac Arrival Mode, which allows for diagonal-drive functionality at low speeds.

Pricing uncovered for the 2025 Escalade IQ shows the entry-level Luxury 1 trim with an MSRP of $129,990, and range-topping Sport 2 starting at $150,490. These include a destination freight charge of $2,290. Here is pricing with options and packages.

  2. What’s the actual natural market demand for a $130k Escalade IQ? Just curious.

  3. Why don’t the dealers tap into the $7-8k profit margin from invoice? That would lower the lease payment.
