Cadillac Hertz Team JOTA Reveals Gold V-Series.R Hypercar Livery In France

Cadillac Hertz Team JOTA pulled the veil off its special gold V-Series.R livery, putting the gilded Hypercar on display for the first time at the Cadillac store in Paris.

Fielded by Cadillac Hertz Team JOTA in the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC), two V-Series.R race cars featuring the golden colors will hit the track in 2025. This includes the No. 12 V-Series.R and the No. 38 V-Series.R, each harnessing the tried-and-true Cadillac 5.5L DOHC V8 engine. Each racer features a golden wrap with white and black gradients on either side, highlighted by red accents around the headlights and front grille, while yellow accents lead the eye toward the race cars’ cockpits. These colors reflect two of the primary colors in the Cadillac crest itself.

“The unveiling of the Cadillac Hertz Team JOTA V-Series.R livery here at our iconic flagship in Paris reflects Cadillac’s unwavering commitment to innovation and performance on the global stage. As we expand our footprint in Europe, this partnership represents a powerful opportunity to showcase Cadillac’s pioneering spirit in one of the most prestigious racing championships in the world,” said Pere Brugal, Managing Director and President of GM Europe.

He added, “We are proud to work alongside JOTA Sport and Hertz to bring our V-Series.R to life and look forward to an exciting season ahead.”

Cadillac Racing efforts in the FIA WEC will be in the hands of talented wheelmen including Will Stevens, Jenson Button, and Norman Nato. They’re joining returning Cadillac Racing teammates Earl Bamber, Alex Lynn, and Sebastien Bourdais. The 2025 racing season will mark the second for the luxury marque in the FIA WEC Hypercar division, backed by a collaboration between Cadillac Design, Cadillac Racing, and chassis constructor Dallara.

The reveal underscores the luxury marque’s commitment to the French market, spearheaded by the all-electric Cadillac Lyriq. The Cadillac City Paris Experience Center is Caddy’s first permanent home in France, acting as a showroom and boutique storefront for its line of luxury electric vehicles.

  1. I sure wish that they made a 1/25 scale model of this car. I bet alot of people out here would love to own one even if it’s just a model. After all we’re all tired of Vette models.
